Johnny's a massachusetts native, which is why he was invited to the boston concert.

But then again i love paul gilbert so im gonna defend him no matter what. so w/e if u dont like his singing thats your opinion, but i think his new cd is an all instrumental like GOOMY. (get out of my yard)
Yeah Vai isnt on my great singer lists but i saw him live and When he sang "Firewall" that was actually really good, i dont mind him singing but like his instrumentals alot more lol but ya Gilbert is all around good he can sing but not like some people would expect but w/e everyone has dif. tastes
Paul gilbert is a great singer, hear his solos albums, acoustic samurai, burning organ, and flying dog. Actually he sings welll in all his albums, don't diss paul gilbert!
What a great show that was. I was there, Gilbert held his own, he was good. How many times did he yell "BOSSTTTONNNNN!!!"? haha. Oh ya and Johnny A is a shitty guitarist, he was just wayyyy out of his league, and the sound guys cranked up his volume to cover up this fact, but that made it so muddy he sounded even worse than he is. Awesome show. Satch owned so hard.
I was here too - top balcony section - great view - everybody was awesome. still missed vai though, but gilbert and petrucci were well worth it, and satch needs to lengthen his set
I was there! & actually think I can hear myself screaming in a couple of your vids hahaa...I was seated behind you up in the first row balcony. What a show....it will forever be etched in my memory.
I missed Vai, but I do have to admit...Gilbert did compliment the group well. He's a great, goofy guy and I think they all had a fantastic time up there.
