what i have found about a batteryman deck is that its easier to summon your best monster. i love my batteryman deck

No, there's no ultra rare monster, and you're wrong; industrial strength is far from being the most important monster, that title goes to AA, and you need two more IRS and three more Short Circuits.

Hey hows it goin, sounds like your deck is pretty good, but you should add in some guardian of orders. You can special summon them when you have 2 light monsters on the field, but you can control them once at a time, otherwise you deck looks good. hope i could help bye
