2nd take the foot you put up into your scorpion and stretch it to your side (that will help you get it up too. )
so to get your scorp, just take your foot to the side of your body and take your oppisite hand and bring it to your foot and pull up your foot with all your stength
first things first. you need to be flexible to pull offf any of those

since u cant keep ur balance very well try standing on 1 foot at a time that should help
