  • sorry didnt mean to send you that relle bad singing video. since attaching a video isnt working ill just leave a comment. so first to help you with the flexibility ALWAYS stretch your splits

    2nd take the foot you put up into your scorpion and stretch it to your side (that will help you get it up too. )

    so to get your scorp, just take your foot to the side of your body and take your oppisite hand and bring it to your foot and pull up your foot with all your stength

  • since u cant keep ur balance very well try standing on 1 foot at a time that should help
