This place is 2 miles from my house. I saw they won the Throwdown challenge, so I looked this video up. Don't get me wrong: The place is pretty dang good! But I can see how they won. Bobby made....THAT? Eww. If anyone is in the area, this place is DEFINITELY worth trying. However, I lived in South Texas for 19 years, and this BBQ here doesn't stand up to the BBQ down there in my home town.

Some of us do a pulled pork in Texas. I actually prefer it over brisket. I even do a Carolina style BBQ sauce. Pulled pork is the best.

Mustard sauce is awesome. Keep in mind in the Carolina's they do mostly pork and they do it better than anywhere else in the world. Texas = beef.  KC and Memphis are about pork ribs but in Carolina it's butt and whole hog. The mustard sauce is great with it.
