HI. Thanks for this series of videos, I am learning to knit socks with these. I have a query though. In your heel-flap section of the sock video you explain the two-row pattern easily enough to follow, but during your recap a little further on you say to knit one, slip one all along the first and alternate rows. Do you slip or knit the first one?

@MsSilverowl Yes - that was my mistake. Please refer to the pattern here, the two rows are clearly spelled out. The first stitch of each row is slipped.
