there teleport orbs from the dorgesh-kaan, you must have done some of the goblin quests, then you gain access to the city where you take molten glass, and something like 2 law runes to the scientist there, and he makes the orbs for you. you can get them made for goblin village, dorgesh-kaan, and bandos throne room. there may be more, but i can't remember. hope i helped.

reg the starting area is where all the tutoriols are when you first start runescape because they got rid of tutorial island they replaced it with that but if you leave the starting area you no longer have acess to those tutorials so thats why they gaurd the border

Its just like a gate for lower lvls. Theres just guards all around no other gate/bridge watever.

You can't say that WMM is better than Vegas, when Vegas can do everything WMM can do, plus more. The issue is with the editors, not the program. Just because it has all the features it does, doesn't mean they should all be used. That's where you make the mistake. Even if you just use panning/zooming, the video looks a great deal better, and it can still be considered classic, and not be over-edited.

Just keep that in mind.

Maybe it's just caused by the amount of those videos? Im sick of this all. I had tried to make RSMV with vegas... but I've taken a break, and in meantime I had opportunity to witness those masses of over-edited videos, whose authors try to replace skill and ideas with crappy effects.

Of course RS Movies and single special effect clips without sony vegas do not have right to exist, but RSMVs are, in my eyes, way cooler with WMM. I don't say that my opinion is unbiased or anything.
