  • FAJITA! WHAT IS TIM POST'S LUCIDITY LEVEL?

    ITS OVER 9000!!!!!!

  • Thanks u, Lucid Dreaming is AFTERLIFE practice.. simple as...

the first few times u get close to Lucid dreaming you will notice its a reflection of what YOU are inside..

Anybody who 'naturally' thinks this is rubbish should try it... it could save u from your very own HELL brought on by this system of worries that we live in, upon death.. so dont knock it if u aint ever tried it.. its better than ANY computer game and is like your very own advanced holodeck (like on star trek)

    Questions?

  • at one point i was thinking about lucid dreaming all day and i had a dream about lucid dreaming swear to god

  • I did a math test in a dream. I could actually read most of it, but some of the problems would change and morph on the page. Though the ones i was working on at the time (before i realized i was dreaming) didn't morph, only the previous and next ones.

  • Hey guys, umm. I just thought this would be interesting to some viewers.

I've had a dream. A dream once... I was a child (10 years old) when I had my first lucid dream. Well... really I couldn't move. I was between half-way outta my body and ...you know. Into a fantasy world of mine. And... then I woke up all angry and all... like if this has ever actually happened to someone like you or your family member

  • @SkeletonGuy01 You could'nt move when you were awake? Caus then you had a dream paralysis. Then your body is asleep and the mind is awake. You can see illusions, like a guy with knife coming into your room and cant move. Someone stayed in that for 3 whole hours!

  • i have once ask someone in my dream "am i dreaming" and they said "yes" lol XD i was like "cool lets try some lucid dreaming" XD

  • erm i can sort of lucid dream... its just that i have to close my eye and think really hard about what i want to happen or change :/

  • I have only done this for 10 months, but is it the mopst fascinating thing I have ever learned. For me, I have gained a sense of empowerment and achievement. There are no limits to your abilities if you put your mind to it in a dream, therefore you begin to feel more confident in waking life. You can boost your creativity, or literally ask your subconscious a question that in waking life you may be "thinking too hard" to get the answers you know are within you. Mostly it is really, really FUN!!

  • I've not done LD yet but have a basic question - Its an interesting novelty; but what real value does interaction with one's dreams have in one's life?

I understand the value of dream interpretation from a personal health and well-being standpoint - and even with a spiritual component. But does this automatically imply that lucid dreaming is a effective way to interact with something as subtle as dream interpretation?

    Thanks!

  • The opening music is the music in the NinJump app.

  • a seemingly great point. It feels like it makes sense that when I'm losing hold of my dream, waking up the more I try to focus on something or do something, it's due in part to my anxiety about waking up and not being able to keep hold of the dream. Here I go to nap

  • I can Control my Dreams.....lol

    Anybody els like me?

  • @19931512 you can't really control your dreams. You can control who you see, who you make disappear, what you do.. but there is a higher conscious that created everything that you see, someone who created the whole dream world. You should try asking a question and see where the dream takes you. :D

  • @19931512 yeh, i can create locations ive created in my concious state and goto them

  • Shmoke and a pancake.Flapjack and shiggarette.

  • pipe and a crepe? bong and a blintz?

  • Waah you sound Dutch.

    Benikhetgoedaanhetdoen?

  • @MrZoology i know! and sometimes im running from the cops or something and again feels like im running through jello, its scary as hell

  • @CascadeZ Yeah man thats like the worst nightmare ever, usually it feels like its lasting forever agessss aswell :| Horrible stuff!

  • i really wanna do this so bad im practicing now i start lastnight with my dream journal didnt have a dream i could remeber but ima keep at it bekuz i would love to escape out if this world every night

  • would acting out a lucid dream in real life aka doing a play in which your dreaming and know it is, Help LOL, i know its a weird thought bt woudl it help?

  • when i was ten or sth i dreamt of a girl. shes got long blonde hair and wears a red dress with black high heels. i fell in love with her and i fucked her in a cafe. after i woke up i told myself i must dream of her again! and guess what i dreamt of her again TWICE! ( i fucked her everytime)

  • @glhuskey37 yeah its hard to come by and isn't the same...you don't really control what's happening...from my inderstanding that is,I've never used it.

  • Everytime I become aware I'm dreaming,I only have a few short moments before I awake and the more I try to manipulate my surroundings the less time I have. But if I just ride through it lasts longer.Wish they made a drug that gave you hours of lucid dreaming,it would be like your own matrix simulator....Wait if they had that it would be bad cuz I'd never do anything else!

  • @Jaffe125 I had this problem when I first started lucid dreaming, it was simply because I let myself get too excited when I realised I was Lucid.

I know it sounds funny but all you have to do is try to play it cool, like you're not really bothered that you have achieved lucidity. By thinking this way you will be able to get deeper and last longer.

I find that I have to suppress my excitement of being in a lucid dream for at least 10 minutes (dream time) before I can let myself go and explore.

  • @5lerones But if I don't try to do something with it (usually sex sex sex) what's the point?

  • thank you for your work...

  • take a good look at a playboy mag b4 you sleep:)))

  • Stem, Your accent is very great, from where you are?

  • @multimann2, my guess he's dutch.

  • Uhmm is it me or is lucidipedia down for almost a day now? I wasn't able to visit it yesterday evening and today :S

  • Check out my page for a song that came to me in a lucid dream! :)

  • thanks, great point about using the techniques, versus the techniques using you.

Also, often a technique in lucid dreaming only works when you know what the expected outcome is supposed to be...

Robert Waggoner says, "The true value of techniques may be their usefulness as a focus for expectation or intent, more so than any innate capacity."

The important thing is your own expectation/intent, not the specific technique.

  • Wait...He says welcome back to to the brand new series which is the first episode......IM DREAMING!

  • Before I watch any of your vids, I'll say a bit bout myself.

I've been lucid dreaming since I was 11-12 years old. I'm 26 now And I hope to enjoy new ways to influence my dream.

  • you're dreaming right now!!!!

don't you remember going to sleep?

  • 4 words: the matrix has you.

  • All my dreams for a few weeks now have presented me with a dream sign for me to realize its a dream, I didnt have enything before to use but lately my dreams have been life of death situations not scarry, and even tho im not lucid dreaming I always feel like ill be ok and just have to do what I have to do to be ok, but in my dreams during one of these life or death situations I look down and notice I have no shoes on,and I have to go back to where I was and get them.

  • @Big Wheel Cat Peela Yea: do you have to go back bcs u decided have to or feel you have to or is it "other-directed" such as from super-consciousness / sense-of-ethics and so on?

  • i experience lucid dreams on maybe a half yearly basis, but i can't control them, and they're almost always nightmares where i am in bed and i can't breath or yell out to anyone, fun.

  • @MrHolcy I don't think you understand what lucid dreaming is.

  • yeah i do mate, it's when you come into consciousness within your dream. you don't necessarily control it, its just the fact that you know its a dream, and these types of dreams i have trigger that.

  • lucid dreaming is being full aware that you are dreaming and you can control what the dream is and control the character (s) within the dream...hope this helped

  • @ Mr. Holcy: distorted style nightmares are almost always rooted in a "dis-ease" condition such as bacteria or something / go to bed on empty or nearly empty stomach to prevent. There is another "nightmare" style that comes from super-consciousness or looking at issues that are too much for street level consciousness, these are useful for deep-running and long term matters, u have to use discipline to get over the cant yell & can't move as normal. routine issue there

  • wow, you sound Dutch

  • Tim, you are very comfortable with talking to the camera, makes it very easy to watch. Love the material, have used a lot of your techniques and tips. Also enjoy your website. Thanks so much for providing this arena for us lucid dreamers!

  • yes the cameraskillz are weary pleasant and create already a chileld out positive kewl atmosphere (=

respect and thank u tim (:

  • The intro music sounds cool

  • nlp .... am i the only 1 who noticed

  • I had some of the craziest dreams last night LoL. I was running killing people just like in Metal Gear Solid. It was so much fun lol, and I learn to fly at the end just like Neo. I'm so glad I subcribe to this channel.

  • yeah it's so fun when you dream in video games lol haha. I've done it ith skate and CoD4 ^_^

  • Dreaming is so much fun. I always get mad when I wake up from a good dream lol. I need to start back working on my lucid dream skills.

  • heres a way to sort of lucid dream:

read a book before u go 2 sleep then while u r lyin down, think of how u want the next part of the book happen

  • Comment removed

  • I can never really read anything while in a dream.

  • strange but i can words like kywapara or ducaca like that they mean nothing but i can see them clear

  • @silversobe The reason for that is because you are dreaming with the right side of your brain. Numbers and letters are usually filed away in the left side of your brain.

If you focus on a number or phrase and attach to it a right brain file such as emotion, you'll be able to read that word, but most of the time you can't comprehend anything.

  • @silversobe i think you can but depends what state of dream you are in, some times my dreams are really detailed and some times not as much

  • @silversobe i can sometimes but it usually makes no sense

  • So so much better than that nonsense "lucidology". For those interested in lucid dreaming, watch THESE videos instead.

    Nice work Tim.

  • Tim's videos are remarkable, but lucidology videos are also great. I managed to get sleep paralysis and rushing noises following lucidology 101.

  • are you an experienced lucid dreamer

  • I've been practicing lucid dreaming for a year now. Tim's videos changed my life (I am not exaggerating). Through the first Lucidipedia series I learned WBTB technique and learned about LaBerge book. The advanced Lucid dreaming series is also great, very inspirational. About a couple of months ago I found Lucidology 101 and I got a lot of tips to success in doing WILDs.

  • Thanks Tim!!!!. Your videos are great and together with those of Lucidology are the perfect combination.

  • i have had lucid dreams all the time well i had them b4 and i hear monkish music in my dreams at times among other things (what does that mean) to me its a nomacy ( normal)

  • I haven't lucid dreamed yet, but I found "thinking that everything is of the substance of dreams" to be so helpful in developing awareness and presence needed for lucid dreaming. Just imagine while awake that your experience is a dream/projection of your mind, and test your reality as much as possible. Check out the book "Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep." Peace, faith, motivation and concentration.

  • i still havn't had a lucid dream..i tried writing down my dreams every morning..+ i wrote an A on my palm (which stands for awake) and looked at it sevral times...it still hasn't appeared in my dream -.- =( i really want a lucid dream!

  • set your alarm for about 6am, wake, reset it for an hour later and you'll have an intense dream. If you prepare after you wake you'll have a higher chance of lucid dreaming.

  • so true bmwmatt seriously try this people. whoever did thumbs down is a butt pirate.

  • what if you want to wake up? and you can't..?

  • Probably you're not aware enough or you don't feel too confident, happened to me a couple times :)

  • Part two: Yes, I'm trying the WILD. I can say its damn hard to stay focused n stuff... But I won't stop... Doesn't matter how long it takes I will master the WILD method... Also I'll try the WBTB technique..

  • Dude you know what really helps. Meditation, like it sounds kind of crazy, but I meditate every night before I go to bed. When I'm done meditating, my mind is more focused and my thoughts don't really wander. So as I'm laying down in bed, I just say "I will have a lucid dream" and other stuff. And I end up having one. Just a suggestion, you should try learning meditation because it really is the gateway to learning how to do all that stuff. OBE, lucid dreaming, finding yourself, it rocks.

  • Meditation... Sounds good to me... Thanks dude!

  • Yeah man, it might take a while to learn but it really really helps.

  • meditation raises the vibration by droping the concious contolled mind...this then enables you to interact within other dimentions relative to the vibration you are putting out...just relax..it is alot easier than your controlled concious mind allows u to believe.

  • yehh people tend to think to hard while trying it !!!! ive just got back into lucid dreaming and since had dreams everynight i find the best way is to lay purely still in a comfotable position then just rest for 10mins i find if i think to hard it makes it not happen and dont think to much detail either works well !!

  • I found lucid dreaming actually when I was searching for dream recall cuz my classmates told me what theyve dreamt and then when they asked me I always told I dont remember... After two months I got a bit upset about me never remembering my dreams so I've searched dream recall on wikipedia... then I read the dream recall section and after that I found a link to lucid dreaming... Now I'm totally into it... Dream recall trained to the max, now the only thing thats in my way is remaining councious.

  • me too

  • Ive been doing this since I was a child thought it was normal till about a year ago. No you cant see into the future I am 100% sure that is déjà vu it happens to me a lot and im aware of all my dreams. Its crazy because I have planets that I am very fond of but never any building or aliens on um. You control all of what happens in your dreams good or bad.

  • so what does L.D. give you ? can you see the future or get answers to questions ?

  • i feel like it's easier when you oversleep

  • it sucks kus im too scared to try out this :'(

  • Two months ago I didn't even had any dream recall and now I remember dreams and I'm starting to controll them!

    Thanks for your videos!

  • lucid dreaming is wonderful, you get what you want immediately, as opposed to waking life, when you want something you have to put in an order to the universal consciousness and wait for delivery

  • its like your own matrix

  • it's EXACTLY like your own matrix!

  • I have lucid dreaming!!

  • HI! ive been leaving my body and lucid dreaming on a nightly basis for about 4 yrs now its amazing...i just joind the lucidipedia website its awsome kuddos

  • excuse me, but what do u mean leaving ur body, i believe in lucid dreaming, i am atheist, and i just cant see how u can leave ur body, it is physically impossible, can u intereact with the real world , and can u visit friends dreams ? , and how do u no ur not just dreaming ur leaving ur body

  • I agree !!! Im interested in lucid dreaming and rekon ill be able to do it but dont belive in supernatural mumbo jumbo.

  • both of you-- you're not physical beings having spiritual experiences, you're spiritual beings having a physical experience. And these are, literally, spiritual happenings you're talking about, when talking of OBEs, or out of body experiences. Dr. Brian Weiss has documented hundreds of cases. See him on youtube.

  • Lucid dreaming is has nothing to do with the supernatural (which I do believe in), But more to do with your perspective on your particular belief system. If your an atheist that won't damper your lucidity in anyway. All you need to learn is how to adapt to yourself in the dream state.

  • i became lucid in a dream the other night i couldnt beleve it and i scared me so i made myself wake up straight away hope fully i wont bottle it next time im really angry with myself

  • you can be an athieist and still experience lucid dreaming. I had lucid dreams. In one I was taken to a large book shelf and viewed a book or was shown a book called, "Lucid Dreaming." I had never knew what it was called before, what was happening or anything about it. I began researching the next day. You feel like your being ripped out of your flesh. I find it very taxing on the body, but love the freedom.

  • The first time I tried the WILD technique (last night) it worked!! Thank you so much Tim and Lucidipedia!! It was my first LD EVER! xD

  • Thanks. And congratulations to you on receiving a donation in support of the Lucidipedia project. It's a big deal. Good luck!

  • It's extremely enjoyable to listen to your explanations, congratulations for your style!

I must say I'm jealous of your expertise, but you already helped me a lot to get better. Thanks! Keep up the fascinating work.

  • Thank you very much for continuing this great work.

I subscribed on lucidipedia, why did I not get an email about these new videos?

  • you're the best man, you are very articulate and explain things very well. please keep making videos, and if you ever write a book i would definitely buy a copy.

  • yes! your are definitively right!

  • Hurrah! lucidipedia is back!

  • Hm) new vids. That's good!

  • yesterday I decided to start with LD again, thx for the vids :)

  • so glad you made more videos! thanks so much

  • yaya! another series THANKS!
