@cbarrett34 Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant. What I find hard about this song in comparison to a Rush song is that the sticking is more precise and "snappier." There is also a "pulse" to the song that has to be replicated (whereas I think most of the Rush songs tend to be more linear and time-based - I think Heart's songs, like this one, require more of a sense of the feeling behind the song to replicate accurately).
I'm by no means an advanced drummer, but I find this actually harder.

Hey you don't have to learn, just spend 15-30 min a day on the drums playing to radio because you never know what song comes on next. Just keep playing, most great drummers never had a teacher. When you get good expand your set and find a band, anything you want to do you can do!
This is exactly what I did early on and it was for the same reason you mention -- I never knew what was going to come next and It forced me to come up with something at least musical and in the same time signature with the same beat as the song that I didn't know.

About this song. You play through the end phrases fills and breaks better then anyone I have see cover this on youtube. They get too caught up in their fills while you are solid with your groove which is the most important thing with this song (not flashy fills.) Great job!

Hey whenever you get the time, could you please do a vid of this song with the just feet angle you used on red barchetta. The doubles in the song always screw me up, and you play them flawlessly, it would be great to see how your doing them.

Yes, it's one of 'those songs' for drummers. I rank it up there with "fool in the rain", "Rosanna/Hold the line", "foreplay/Longtime", "Wayward Son" as 'songs that make me want to learn to play the drums'.
