@Alexakis1995 He's still garbage. He lost 68% of his metal production after the rape-nerfs. He gained 8% more metal production from the last patch but it also increased his burst because of the increase in Siphon of Destruction so he was boosted decently.

He still needs a *lot* more buffs to be more than pure garbage.
