  • Defintely a HEMI in this. Distributer is in the right front and the valve covers tell it all.

  • THAT'S 1 SOB!!! Diesel Power ☻

  • its not a big block chevy its a hemi look at the plugs in the center of the valve cover

  • It says powered by a big CHEVROLET ENGINE not a HEMI.

  • @labisk - And there are hemispherical and overhead cam heads manufactured for small and big block Chevy motors...

  • the guy driving looks like easy e

  • Herbie truck

  • @usmcjuggalo1 that's why he says it's a big block chevy right. Good job btw

  • his small front wheels make it look like running T-rex

  • que porcaria de caminhao

  • HOLLEY FUCK!!!! this thing is fucking CRAZY!!!!!!!!!

  • "Diesel Louie" is the name of the guy behind the wheel. Yes, it has a gas engine. He's John Force's older brother.

  • please song name 0:00> 0:11

  • not like the scoop it's gettin' a ton of air down there...

  • if i had a big rig drag racer i know exactly wat id call it, "The Gallagher Grinder"

  • Definately not a BBC, unless tht stands for Big Block Chrysler. Watch from 0:35 you can see the right side spark plug wires going into the top of the valve cover. All mopar powering that bi*ch

  • THIS IS JOHN FORCES BROTHER AND WHY WOULD PEOPLE CARE IF IT HAS A BLOWN CHEV IN IT?

  • well its not a Louisville truck, and its not a diesel.

  • Stick the motor in front, and lets see if it still does a wheelie like that!!! NOT

  • the name hints hes gonna fuck shit up.

  • I don't care if he calls himself peter pan. Anybody that rips a track that fast on two wheels has got my vote.

  • Only in America BITCHES!

  • Its not a hemi u dumd fuck its a big block chevy. Look a lil closer dumd ass wow lmao!

  • @blacklion4092 you better look again it is a Hemi and the Anounver got it rong the Spark plugs are thru the center of the Valve covers

  • physics at its best.

  • raadical XD

  • that was sweet!

  • sparkle,sparkle

  • 1st time I saw this vidio was in the class room in Tacoma Wa.Thanks Lou that was cool.

  • Wait a minute .. it says Hemi Powered but the announcer says Chevy . Which is it ?

It's cool either way . Just curious .

  • @kbdevo1962 I think it may be a Hemi because if you pause it 0:38 it sort of looks to be hemi type heads with the plugs.. but then again it may be a BBC.. I'd trust the owner vs. the annoucer however! haha

  • @braaup I think you may have something there ! I was just skimming last time . I didn't try pausing . Leave it to an announcer to try to put yet another vehicle in the Bowtie corner ! I think sometimes that they are unaware of other makes . But like I said before , It doesn't matter what its powered by . It is still cool .

  • i believe his name is diesel luie wish it was real diesel that would of been awesome

  • so cool!

  • 0:50

all 4 wheels off the ground now thats bad ass

  • gay......... cummins is the whay to go

  • the weight of the motor at the rear and the power makes it easy to wheel stand

  • I felt my neck getting a bit redder...

  • bbc with hemi heads... numbnuts announcers

  • Comment removed

  • i need that truck. am late to school!!!

  • Oh, I was hoping it was a diesel... Well at least its a hemi!!!

  • USPS needs this upgrade better than it normal size car..,.

  • Maybe he should just hook the steering up to the wheelie bars.

  • UPS THIS IS UR NEW IDEA OKAY

  • He ran a 12 on his back tires lol.

  • the 38 people to dislike this are fags

  • why the fuck would u call it diesel louie if its powered by a BBC?

  • @chughes44 that's his nickname beforehand

  • @chughes44

    thats so stupid xDD

  • @chughes44 Does seem a little bit misleading don't it?Bad ass none the less though.

  • @38decembers agreed.

  • @chughes44 "diesel Louie" is the drivers nickname. His real name is Louie Force. You may recognize his brothers name a little better John Force, 15 time NHRA champion...

  • @chughes44 the driver is nick named diesel louie

  • @chughes44 big black cock?

haha sorry i had to say it

  • @chughes44 i dunno the big rig stereotype maybe?

  • @chughes44 lol, Exactly what i was thinking!!!

  • @chughes44 Louis Chevrolet... founded Chevy and was an accomplished race car driver in his own right.

  • whear is the truck now ?

  • Hey , Ask any of the pro fuel guys if they would care to trythis, most all of them have known Diesel Louie a long time, and they know the car. See if those True Pros would think it would be easy. Yea, sure almost easy as a Funny or a Nitro Fueler you might say.Not saying it takes a magician, but try being 8 ft. in the air at 150mph, with little steer control, a parachute you cant use, as you have to land this thing gently before using any brakes,or it will very likely bring you major discomfort

  • @dragtrk44 he wasnt doing 150 he did 113

  • ps. same guy here, Ask any of the pro fuel guys if they would care to try, most all of them have known Diesel a long time, and they know the car. See if those Super Pros would think it would be easy, yea, sure almost easy as a Funny or a Nitro Fueler you might say. Not saying it takes a magician, but try being 8 feet in the air at 150, with minimun steer control, and a parachute you cant use,as you have to land this thing gently before using any brakes,or it will very likely bite you real hard

  • First of All it is a Kieth Black Hemi, Diesel louie is a near livetime nick name, for you that are new to racing, as this guy has been a drag racer for 50 years, and a Real Trucker for 40 years, so as a Trucker, "Diesel Louie" is his name not the power Source. The announcer made his own bad calls. The part about independant steer brakes is accurate, but there is no hole in the floor. The engine is not over the rear end.! Look, Its HP that makes her climb the ring gear, so guessing wont work.

  • this is john forces brother - acts crazy and like his brother John hes always scheming and looking for a way to separate you from your money - at least John does give back some of his money to charity -

John /Louie both learned thier acting skills from Gene Beaver (LA Hooker Funny Car Fame)- completely different when not in public - there are not who you see on TV or in public- kinda like congressmen-

  • CRANK!

  • too bad it isnt actually a diesel

  • @junkey55 its actually better that its not diesel, diesel engines are way more polluting than gas engines cuz they dont burn all the fuel they use, ever wonder wat makes that diesel smoke black? its evaporated diesel and its very bad for the environment

  • @rhino2960 actually all the soot (black smoke) falls back to the ground the rest of the hydrocarbons that are released into the air are less polluting than a gas engine because it uses compression instead of a spark thus causing a much cleaner and efficient burn. :P and it still gets better mileage (uses less fuel) than a comparable gas engine. soooooooooooo basically what im saying is FUCK SPARKPLUGS. :D

  • @junkey55 totally a gas engine way diffrent sound and way to high of rpms! Wheres the black smoke?

  • It's all about weight distribution and HP. Notice how quick it gets up compared to some of the other wheelstanders and how lightly it sets back down. Someone should've told the announcer that it was Hemi powered and not BBC. Not to take away from Louie. You kids that poopoo this rig, try handling that thing at 135MPH looking thru the floor. Easy to critisize sitting in your bedroom.

  • i wouldnt call it diesel louie? its more like gas or octain louie lol haha

  • its got a wind jam pushing down on the back end . and its got the engine back there . a wheelie is nothing to be proud of . gay

  • how can they call him Diesel Louie with a big block?? put you a 5.9 cummins on there and it would do the same thing and with smoke to acctually come out of those stacks..and if you think they are slow then check them out on youtube..the engine in the back combined with the tourqe has and pluss 600+ horsepower would get the job done about the same and better..it probably pop up better where the engine is in the back and it is heavier than a regular gas engine...for now ill call him big blocklouie

  • He won the Need For Speed Pro Street Wheelie Thingy

  • he is john force's brother

  • there is a truck you don't wanna race at a stop light

  • That's why UPS does over night shipping.

  • 0:50 serious wheel hop

  • nice

  • if he could do that shit without a wheelie bar id be impressed.

  • I remember seeing this go down the track in Spokane...back in like...94..or 95.

  • Since when did big block chevys start looking just like chrysler Hemi's?

  • useless

  • that thing have extreme power..no words : )

  • diesel?

  • diesel louie force aka john force back in the day

  • john forces brother

  • Wtf?? it's a damn Hemi... get a detroit V12 TT in that damn thing!

  • Wish my Kenworth did that

  • that cant be good for the track with whatevers draggin..... can it?

  • @Javorski88 its horrible for the track, fine for the truck, but like your thinking itll screw up the track really good lol

  • Real trucks don't need spark plugs.........

  • Chuck a trailer on the back of that and see what happens.

  • i have this in original vhs!

  • if the royal mail had these theyd never haave late deliveries

  • Badass mother fucker

  • hmm if only school buses had these engines kids wouldn't be late to school

  • Why do they call him "Diesel Louie" if he runs a Hemi? Put a turned up 5.9 Cummins in there and if it was tuned well it would do the same thing, especially with the engine that far back. Still cool to watch though.

  • anything can wheelie when you put so much weight on the rear axles...

  • Woah :D

  • cuantos hp tiene

  • Now get rid of the Big Block Chevy and build a Diesel engine! with that said still fun to watch

  • @TheGr8oldies if you put a diesel in this truck it wouldn't do a wheelie, it would just smoke alot and be slow. that would be lame

  • @balla740 True it would definitely smoke a lot but don't trick yourself into thinking that modern diesels are slow and 'lame'.

  • when do you have enough power? now

  • notice no ford engine.

  • so how do you steer?

  • @shogrran close your eyes and repeat after me, "our lord, who are in heaven, ill see you in a minute"

  • @shogrran each rear wheel has it's own independantly operated brake and close to the end when he made the run you will see how the truck weaves back and forth....that was from pulling on the brake handles too hard...in a sense oversteering....the driver never touches the steering wheel while the run is in progress. He will grab the wheel when he is ready to touch down

  • @jimmylayers I didn't ask the question, but thanks for the answer! I've often wondered how those boys "steer" them big wheel standers.

  • @AntLyon they have a brake on each rear wheel that works independently from each other, if they wanna go right they apply the right rear break, and to go left its vica versa.

  • @shogrran

    How do you steer?

    Luck.

  • dinmagic HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :D

  • badasss

  • why is it called diesel louie if its run by a petrol engine!

  • needs more down fource and he would be getting better times

  • YEAAH. ITS GOT A HEMI!!!!

  • so cool, only in america =)

  • thats not a diesel engin

  • awesome man

  • holy crap the back wheels even lifted up

  • isso que e sair voando......rsrsrsrs

  • Shoulda made it a detroit diesel wheelstander

  • So is this powered by a Government Motors big block?

  • General Motors*

  • @Hotrodx199 general motors.. not government mortors..

  • @mustang684 i was making a joke about it now that its owned by the government lol

  • how exactly do you steer a wheel stander when they're up and goin?

  • @jgdogg441 individual brake control on the rear wheels

  • You set up the way it's facing before you let your foot drop.

  • i wonder how much a set of rear set of tires cost

  • CLASS ACT!!

  • ha the stacks aren't even attached.

  • thats gay i wanted to see a diesel dragster

  • Crazy Cool!!!

  • those valve covers are huge!

said its a BB chevy probably a 572 or 632 2 humongous beasts especially compared to modern engines which are usually either I4 or V6.. lol

  • Ummmm its NOT EVEN A DIESEL. this guy needs to be force fed broken glass for doing this. And an Enema Combination of Tabasco Sauce and Angry Bees. :-)

  • dinmagic gut one hahaah when i read your comment i started laughing gut idea fed ex needs this truck

  • FedEx needs these trucks.

  • @dinmagic then they could keep up with UPS !!

  • @dinmagic OMG EPIC

  • @dinmagic ahhahaahahahah i died LMAO

  • those stacks dont look like they even hooked up.. kind of poser but w/e

  • Look at the valve covers... It's a hemi... I've worked on blown alcohol hemi's to know one inside out, but the valve covers with the plugs on top are the first sign...

  • haha nice Black Rider xD

  • faaackkk .. end krass des teil :O

  • why the hell is the truck called diesel louie when it has a gas V8!?

  • @neurocytohemotoxic My thoughts exactly. That truck doesn't deserve to be called a diesel. Put a real diesel in it and wheelstand it down the track, then I might take a look.

  • they should swap in a detroit 4-53 and have a huge single turbo or twin turbos custom made for it.

  • It's called Diesel Louie because Louie was a truck driver for many years...

  • @neurocytohemotoxic deisel louie is the nickname for the driver...louie force..

  • @adoblayeva oh ok

  • How exactly does he steer it? THe only answer, seems to me, would be independent rear brakes. Correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't have any real idea.

  • i believe that those two runners in the back are controlled as to how much pressure each side applies to the road.

  • Thnx 4 the info. I'd like to build one of these one day and am trying to get plans up so I'll be able to figure the price.

  • You are correct. Independant rear brakes.

  • thats chevy power right there

  • Wrong!

  • its chevy BB ya fuckin dumb ass

  • @chezbalz watch your mouth mister!

  • @chezbalz it has a hemi in it genuis

  • the announcer said there was a big-block chevy in it, u said theres a hemi

    i think its a chevy :P

  • doesn't do much to the track, they have been doing it for years, a lot of them have flints and such to get them to spark like that, its all about showmanship

  • that's awesome!!!!!! But does it harm the track? There were a lot of sparks...

  • it may not hurt as much as it looks. i know a lot of low riders and street trucks, use titanium blocks where the vehicle makes contact with the ground to throw more sparks.

  • I'd be pissed if i was the track owner, looked like his wheelie bars were digging in the track.

  • @usaidemon it doesnt harm the track...if it did...you wouldnt let it happen...

  • correct me if I'm wrong but is that not John Force's brother?

  • that's johns brother.

  • true thats his bro.
