im not gonna trash this guide too much, but if its a guide..you would think you would map out a path to the arlington library, not just warp to it. the hardest part is getting there, so why would you focus more on inside than getting there? a so so video...not worthy of a thumbs up, but at least it is a guide from inside the library...better than nothing i guess.

@chaosofthemasses This is one of the video's I did early on when experimenting on making guides. Before I just let FRAPS run while I play then edited tons of video later. Now when I do a guide I make it more focused to the task at hand and stage what I'm recording to give all vital info I can. This video is 2 years old, I worked on the Fallout guides after I was laid off to pass the time when I wasn't looking for a new job back then. Since I've had work I haven't had free time to do more guides.

@dubbled22 The A3-21 Plasma Rifle is only received from completing the Replicated Man quest. I don't understand the rest of what you were trying to ask me.

i was stuck in the tunnels for a LONG time. i kept on running into mirelurks (Thus going into trigger-happy mode) and end up walking in circles, i actually got caught up with the talon company later on (They suck now that i beat the damn game).

You can pick up Dogmeat at Scrapyard. It's located North of Bethesda Ruins.

That is the A3-21 Plasma Rifle. It is one of the awards you get from completing The Replicated Man quest. I have a walkthrough on how to get it.

Well they are pretty much "just there" you work with them as apart of the main quest storyline.

They will away be in the Arlington Library. They don't exactly help you, they are just NPC's who won't kill you on sight, unless you damage them. You will see them fight the raiders, other than they they just stand there. They are just there not much to read into it. If you want to know more about the BoS, read up on the lore online.

Head to the Scrapyard, you will find Dogmeat there. Dogmeat is the name of the dog. I have a video on it.

Yeah, Moira has alot of odd greatings. I'm going to have to record sometime what happens after you nuke Megaton, that gets really odd.
