i know that the drawing in graffiti application is vector based and when u use the application to draw it temporarily stores (.sol file ) in macromedia\flashplayer\#shared objects\graffiti folder.. so is there any way to import the data in the (.sol file ) to adobe illustrator so i can use without having to access the application ..
i'll be more than grateful if u can figure a way to do so

okay...i opened the exe file and i browsed for an image and clicked start and left it for about an hour, but no use nothing happened. (My image was a low resolution England flag).

The program is called ubergraffiti and you can get it from his website, BUT his website seems to be temporarily down so it looks like unless he gets that file up on a ftp or on the website again, it looks like the rest of us are SOL! I really want the app just to put photorealistic middle fingers or male reproductive organs on my friends facebook, which would be impossible before....
Graffiti have made it so that if you do dots it will just delete the previous one when you've done the next, it also appears to block the app when you start in the corner, rather annoying to be honest and I can't think of any way to get around it, unless a program was made which looked for interconnecting pixels and drew two or more pixels for each button press, but thats far above my programming level :s
It doesnt block all dots.. just quickly placed dots. Could somebody who knows VB please insert a delay timer?? Sure pics might take longer but at least they'd work!
I dont know anything about programming...but is it possible to make speed go slower? not as fast as it is set right now.... maybe if on slower drawing speed...yeah it will take ages to draw...but we could atlist draw simple outlines of an images
ummm...as u notice there is now a new extra option on Graffiti - U can press "replay" to see how the picture were drawn after posting it on someone's wall... i think that this option have influenced your program paul; as it is...program draws Wayyy too fast for this recording device to record - therefore corrupting graffiti and the program....
Doesn't seem to be working. Maybe Graffiti shuts it down if it goes too fast? I just get a grayed out graffiti box and a few dots for even the most basic GIFs.

The oddest thing about it is, after the program stopped, I couldn't do anything to the graffiti window. If I clicked "Start Over" the window would remained covered in the greyish hue, and I couldn't alter it at all without refreshing the window.
Sometimes it would add a random blot of white or black here or there, but for the most part the window was left barren of anything except for the weird grey hue. Also, the program would cease operation once all of the colors were inputted, even though over half (if not more) of the pixels were not accounted for.
The program installed and launched perfectly, so I didn't have any problems there.
However, as soon as the program actually began the automated drawing, the entire graffiti window became covered in a sort of light grey-ish hue. I could see the cursor selecting various intensities of black and white that were logically in the image (it was a black and white image), but nothing really happened to the graffiti application window itself.
Dude this looks totally awesome... I would love to do that and put like photorealistic male genitals on peoples pages... that would be sick... sucks the link doesnt work though im trying to find someone to email me the files lol, i have visual basic studio 2005 or something you need that right?

Ok, for everyone who has asked about XP: I installed XP under a virtual machine, fresh install, went to my site and installed my app. Worked perfect first time :S so im not sure what the issue is, make sure you use small jpg or gif images

Seems to be working ok so far (it is currently drawing an image on my XP machine). I have all the . net packs installed to date. Just to note for you paul, the only executable that would even run without erroring out on me was inside of the debug archive. Thanks a lot for this! It is a very good script.
Just to note though, I decided to go with a massive image (as big as the graffiti canvas). I started at 4 in the morning, wake up at about 11:30, and it still isn't finished, or even half way done from the looks of it. It is going, but it seems to take it's sweet time in between colors before it starts drawing again. Possibly something due to compatibility issues between Vista to XP? I doubt it, but Just a thought. Oh, and I'm not trying to flame. I'm just trying to help improve it.

Ok, Have you downloaded the latest zip file I posted. If so, you need to use WinZIP or WinRAR to extract it, then run UberGraffiti[dot]exe hopefully that should run the application. If it does the application then explains what to do. Also make sure you have the dotnet frameworks both v2 and v3 isntalled. Please let me know how you get on.

this was a while ago so i dont remember exactly
i remember that in photoshop i made it only 2 or 3 colors so it was black and white
and i also made the brush width in graffiti as small as possible

Its not a music player, is a system useage plugin for the windows sidebar.
Some pixels are missed out because the graffiti app trys to block it by removing repeated clicks.

If you are clicking the Install button on my site, then you must have the dotNet framework v2 and v3 installed.

It imports gdi32.dll and user32.dll which should be in your C:\Windows\System32 Folder.
