Alright there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got beautiful Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
I tried quite a few of the points discussed here, but I must state that absolutely nothing compares to DietOramy diet regime with regard to health and fitness and fat burning - search google, there's a great deal of totally free information...
Hi friends :D I'm a fruit eater :D can I have some clean stuff please :D. ? :D ? :D. :) ? :)? :(, how about some brown bananas D: D: ? :) ? :( Got any bad stuff? :D ... I can't wait to start this diet. I eat raw foods discounted and mushy :D :D. Make a soup :D :D. Souper cheap sprouts, souper :D. Flour is £1 for 14000 calories in uk :D. I live on flour :(. Have a good week D:
when you said sprouts, did you mean alfalfa sprouts? You said they were cheap and nutritous so I was wondering what sprouts you were talking about. You also said you can grow them yourselves - can you elaborate on that - how I might do that and also if I grow them myself, is there a lot of nutrition in them if I grow them myself. I'm on the verge of changing to a raw food diet. I am obese and have a LOT of weight to lose, but after researching this, I realize this is the way I want to go...
Carrots, apples, bananas, spinach, kale, bags of blueberries and strawberries bags of mixed fruit. Juice them. I think people that don't want to eat produce because its expensive are lazy. Eating a fast food meal every day twice a day is about 15.00. You can buy a ton of produce for that amount in the store. I really don't understand. A BAG of apples costs like $3.75. ? Bananas . 49 cents a pound. You could buy tons of bananas, just peel them and stick them in the freezer in a gallon bag. LAZY!
apples skin on or off are the most chemical dirty fruits that you can buy. Check out the "clean" and "dirty" fruits and veggis web site to find out what is alright to eat when it was grown conventional.
Its ridiculous. Everywhere at my regular grocery store, there are fruits sold individually for 70 cents or so. I should be able to get a bunch of them for 3 or so bucks.
Melons are usually around 1 buck each. and melons are very low in calories :(
the only thing i can do is get nuts and seeds mostly because they are cheap and nutritious and calorie dense.
I just love your videos..you are so inspiring and I can feel your energy.
I wish my greens were organic but when I go to the store, they don't really look as good as the non organic. They have been sitting on the shelf for a long time because they don't sell as fast as the non organic. So I'm gonna look for a wash of some kind to maybe help cleanse the greens. However I read in Mother Earth News that the seeds are soaked in a herbicide before planting which is a systemic poison.
In this country over the last ten to 15 years - in the UK - we have an initiative first started by the then 'new Labour' government started a HAZ - i.e. 'health action zone' - for people on a low wage or welfare benefits - cooking healthily on a 'tight budget' - this initiative also gave a boost to people have 'an allotment' - a patch of land owed by the local government and rented to local residents. Many scientists say once washed and peeled most fruits and veg are just fine. Thanks anyway!
I didn't think about the whole chemical pesticide thing. I'll have to start buying my strawberries organic. Thanks for the info..... btw you would look hot in dreads, just saying
This "stay away from peel-less produce" rule for consuming less pesticides is different from the advice I typically hear, which is to most avoid "the dirty dozen" & that the safest are "the clean 15." Wondering why?
Dont forget that the sprayed poison is going into the soil where the plant is getting their nutrition. So even when you put away the skin of a apple the poison can be still in it. Thats why it is so important to plant yourself or buy organic.
@leondevargas I agree! Tonnes of toxins and chemicals that are so bad for us and our health, but then again if you cant afford it you cant afford it. I know my family couldnt
@leondevargas your exactly right. and with these corporations implementing genetically engineered food on a large scale..it's getting to the point where we are going to have to go cooperative. Cooperative farms, with the economic crisis still looming, I cannot see a reason why more and more people are not positioning themselves to be ready to eat from the Earth.
I can't get organic greens where I am. :/ I'd like to grow my own but I can't get order organic seeds due to customs restrictions. I buy as much organic as I can, but the greens are an issue for me. Also, I am told that the country in which I reside is not "big" on pesticide-use the way the U.S. is. I guess non-organic grown greens are better than no greens at all...
Raw food is definitely more expensive than many other diets (e.g. low fat cooked vegan), but you can certainly save some dough by shopping smart. Buy in bulk whenever you can, look for wholesale produce distributors, buy in bulk stores (e.g. Costco). And of course, farmers markets and pick your own farms.
I spend about $250-300 during the summer and $300-400 during the colder months.
I was wondering if you had a video on how to do the sprouts and also how to make the crout I am very intrested but do not really know how to get started could you please help me in getting started thanks
I love green bananas too. Hate ripe mushy stuff tasting over ripe! Yuk! I buy green bananas because they change perfectly ripe in a day or so, so I have time to eat them in my own pace and not throw away it all because it looks and tastes overipe immediately! Bananas taste better on the firm side for me, not green, but light yellow.
I have to confess, so do I!!!! But--- they are very hard on the body, very acidic, mucous forming in the digestive track and clogging/constipating. I don't buy green bananas to rippen because I know I will eat them and thats not good for me!!!
great great tips. it is sad that eating healthy can cost so much even just for fruits and veggies. I'd love to buy all organic, it's just not in the budget. some things we do, some we don't. just curious if you have a video about how you grow your own sprouts? if not could you do one?
I can't wait for the day that organic fruits & veg is everywhere and cheap-- the norm! Yes I'm getting videos ready to teach how to sprout, stay tuned!
Don't forget about wildcrafting :-) I go to a lot of clean parkland and pick a lot of nettles and dandelion leaves .. also red clover, hawthorn leaves ....
Right now, I've managed to pick a LOT of free blackberries - yum!
I grow sprouts ... going to grow a lot more today, in prep for the juice feast!
Your totally right, I completely over looked that one!! I think its because I'm currently living in an urban environment up in Canada where its cold and concrete-- not foraging here!! Licky you!!! And stock up on those blackberries cause they'll be super yum to add to your juice for the upcoming juice feast!!
There was a lady in Mexico that worked on the farm, and they sprayed WHILE they were picking the produce. She was pregnant and her baby was born w/o arms or legs. I wash my tomatoes but I am going to grow my own cherry ones from upside down plant pots. I don't know where to hang them from.
I can't wait to grow my own food-- can't do it right now (except I do grow sprouts and herbs at home), but once I move to better climat, it going to rock!!

Fruit and veg is notoriously expensive over here. 96p for a cucumber. Horrendous.
