Donald Rumsfeld out of office on 9/11

Rumsfeld is not at his command post because (1) his job was done for the day - "mission accomplished" and (2) it makes a good cinematic scene - "wow, what a caring leader, take charge, hands on"... Rumsfeld is quite obviously one of the planners and executors of the 9/11 attacks.

How terrible! He's helping his fellow coworkers instead of being at his command post! Even though a few minutes later, he was told to leave.
