This is very sad, I got a few tears watching this because I just found out. I haven't watch Kimmel in awhile. So this a shock. Uncle Frank was a great man and he show it every day. It is people like Uncle Frank and Guillermo that makes JImmy Kimmel worth watching because they are just regular joes. I thank Jimmy for giving real people like this chances to appear on tv. @Blackjesus3 Same here. I didn't find out til yesterday. I remember that first episode with Snoop. He went to a swap meet. Super hilarious, I woke my dad up laughing so hard. I was supposed to be asleep since I was still in school. Kinda pointless to tell someone this that I don't know, but I just wanted to share a memory I had when I first saw Uncle Frank. Such a genuinely nice person.

Not a regular viewer but even occasional viewing got me to love Uncle Frank Potenza. He was Italian, he was a New Yorker...he arrested only six people in his long career. He ended his life helping Jimmy make people laugh.

My heart just sunk when I was watching the Emmy's tribute and saw our Dear Uncle Frank had passed. I got all choked up inside and shed some tears. Jimmy, I've watched your show over the years and have grown so fond of Uncle Frank. He brought me so many laughs when I really needed them. I know many others feel the same way.
