what happens if you forget your password and task manager has been disabled?

you can re enable the task manager in the registry

Only advanced users should use the registry though

It's something along the lines of

Declaring it

"Dim SAPI SAPI = CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

Calling it (On the button etc)

SAPI.Speak(Words here)"

I can't remember to be honest there's 100's of tutorials though

little idea, if you wanted to set it so the password could be changeable, you could just get it to write whatever the password is to a textfile, and then use streamreader to edit the text file, and then resave it (via a control somewhere). then whenever the password is entered, make it check whatever text is in that text file
