Work ALOT more with shadows! It will make the dragon look much more alive. Don't be afraid to do alot of shadows because you can easily hide them with even darker shadows. Look at professionals, they use nothing but shadows!

The head and neck are pretty good, but I suggest observing the anatomy of LEGS. The way the socket joint hinges to the body, the way the knees & ankles bend, etc. Plus it looks like his/her back hind leg is trying to step over on top of the other hind leg. The stance could be wider, making the back leg further away.

Just a few little tips.
