1.) Is this a valid cause of action officer? It is? And how many elements are there in a valid cause of action? You don't know? See you in court =D

2.) Is it your testimony that I was in the State at the time the alleged crime\infraction happened? It is? Did you just make that up or did it come from facts currently held within your knowledge? Well, 2 times I got away from speeding tickets,by crying alot,I was crying anyway

listen to a sad song on the radio. I was crying before anyway. So both times they let me go. They felt sorry for me,Then i wasn't so lucky the 3rd time,got speeding ticket,didn't cry this time.

darn it,I should of cryed, money,money again, 2 steps forward,3 steps back.

haha i tried the crying technique and told him i am leaving for Marine boot camp in 2 months (I really am) and he then gave me a ticket for speeding 10 over instead of 11 over. now i have to take an 8 hour class to get it off my record.

I said that it was my first week not living at home and my mom (wholives alone) gets sick and I was on my way o go see if she was okay! It got me out... I was stupid and this wa 5 years ago,... but I was going 7 in a 45 and it was a 350 plus dollar ticket... I explained how sorry I was, and I didnt realize I was gong ThAt fast, but I really am worried about my mom... every cop has mom... and likel you are going to get away with it...

a old guy is driving his new porsche and gets a little carried away and finds himself doing over 100mph. he notices a cop car chasing him and decides his car will out run the cop so floors it only to come to his scences further down the road and decides to stop. the cop says i am on my way home if you can give me an excuse for not stopping i have never heard before i will let you go. the old man says a few years ago my wife ran off with a cop and i thought that was you trying to bring her back.

Never, ever pay a ticket. ALWAYS take it to court, make a deal with the prosecutor to keep it off your record. All the court is interested is collecting your money. Ask for deferred adjudication or defensive driving.

And never, ever talk to police, under any circumstances. Everything you say will be used against you, whether you are guilty of a crime or not. Their job is to build a case against you. And nothing the cops say can be used in your defense. The law even allows them to lie to you.

rather than make excuses, learn the constitution and fight it. government has no say in activities such as speeding. they are to protect and maintain individuals rights. so unless you gamaged someones property , or violated someone elses rights, then they have no jurisdiction. if you want to argue read the constitution, and if you dont beleive all traffic tickets are illegal, just remember. so is income tax, and you probly dont understand how your money system works. so dont be suprised

I've had my lawyer dismiss 6 (out of 6) speeding tickets I've accumulated over the last 8 years. And lawyers aren't as expensive as many people think. They are snakes, but everybody needs one.

One thing that has worked twice for me is telling the officer some j***-off threw a beer bottle at you and you were trying to keep up with him.
