Better idea. Get rid of the fake "country" of Iraq that the European colonials created out of the messy collapse of the Ottoman Turkish Empire. There should be a Kurdistan in northern Iraq and the Turks, Iranians, and Syrians should be bombed until they free Kurdistan. Otherwise there should never be any "Palestine". And the dirty Europeans (French and Spanish) should give the Basques an independent Basque State. I could go on. Self-determination for all occupied nations!

Sounds like the Iraqi Sunni Arabs need to forget about being masters of Iraq and become citizens of Iraq. My worry is that the bloodshed of the past can't be forgotten (nor forgiven). The people of the US want to leave behind a stable state called Iraq. Who knows what will happen when most of the US forces finally leave? Great commentary, Obaid.
