Looks like a colorful shirt! Red, Blue and Yellow. Very saturated and kiddish colorization as if markers were used to paint the shirt. That woman even said "Is this what you wear to charm children?". So basically, it looks like a very colorized shirt with the 3 primary colors.

I can't believe that Jack never gave up his DNA sample just to clear his name. Chances are that he has an affliation with the rape and murder as a result of not providing a DNA sample. The way he acts on the stage makes me think that he's still a liar, just the whole shaky and choppy responses tells me that, I believe Steve thinks the same way too.
