  • i have seen the book that model comes from and its like nobody can do the neck right I've done that dino so many times, i first learned origami when i was ten and that was one of the first things i made

  • OMG it took me 4 hours to make. For all ya ppl that complain about it going too fast, either pause the video or pause/play rapidly dumbasses. its not like the person who is folding knows where its harder for some ppl. I just turned 13, im not the best at arts and crafts and i was able to make this for Father's day.

  • Could you go any faster!! Gosh I had to pause like 40 times...not all people a fast at folding like you are...

  • im really sorry but you do make the folds look difficult.. the pen lines dont help because you dont take time on showing in slwo UP CLOSE motion the folds.. and you hide the difficult folds with your hand.. Its soooo easy teaching origanmi but you have to make sure you have enough light on the video not in darkness as this is.. and on each fold take your hnds away and just lay the oigami out and go through fold again. SLOWER. we arent all experts at the folds.. Im a beginner.

  • @THEGOBBLESTOP Please check my more recent videos to get an idea of the quality I am producing now (vs 3 years ago, which is when I created this video). I think I've improved since then. ;)

  • Why the heck is this not working!?! ARRGH! At 6:58-ish, that part, it's not folding up the right way, it keeps making this giant block underneath or something and it's seriously annoting because I have no way of fixing it! Man, this is my little bros b-day presant and it's not working!!!!D:

  • awsome!

  • ;/ this not tyrannosaurus

  • you sound hella gay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @CHRISTIANPADILLA100 i think its a woman lol

  • Very well made, Sara !

    Your voice is very soothing.

    Thanks for sharing this.

  • you think you did it fast enough? i had to pause the video like 60 times.

  • a tyrannosaurus (reptile) from a bird base (bird). lol

  • eu nao gostei deste video e um orror

  • nice but hard and it suck at the beggining make it easier and r u in poetry cusur voice is annoying no offence

  • Your hands are in the way I mean :P

  • Hey, I tried making this but your hands are in the too much..

  • What exactly is a valley fold?

  • If you fold a sheet of paper in half, you'll probably automatically make a valley fold.

How can you tell? unfold again, and you'll see that the edges of the paper point somewhat up, whereas the crease follows a "valley" in the paper. Now, if you turn the paper around, the crease will be the top point, and the paper will probably stand on the edges. So the crease forms the peak of a mountain. That's the motivation of calling folds "valley" or "mountain" - it references the direction of the fold.

  • To: AdamsSara- I've been thinking of making a few origami vids of my own, and I just have the diagrams from a kit, seeing as you credited someone for the diagram design, should I credit the ppl who manufacture the kit? Thanks for the response ^.^.

  • You should always credit the designer, and it's a good idea to also add sources (such as the kit name, publisher, where it's available). If the kit doesn't state who the designer of the models is (and it's not traditional), that's bad. If it's a traditional design, do as you please. If the kit gives designer names, you should not only give credits, but also ask for permission (not the kit publisher, but the designer).

  • diffcult hard to do.

  • is it hard

  • How big the paper is suppose to be?

  • lol i wasted 2 peices of paper i cant make this... :(

  • my head hirts

  • thnks i got it

  • Love it! I shall name him Rupert.

  • but i will name him Albert

  • i do not even know the hard steps on the origami tyrannosaurus rex

  • I love you!!!

  • creepy..........

  • were are the dotted lines comming from?

  • I just wanted to say thank you for posting these videos, you do a very fine job of explaining the diagrams :)

  • this is so confusing,

i don't understand what your are doing or saying.

  • This is a somewhat advanced model, so if you're not proficient with origami you may have a hard time understanding it.

If you haven't done some simpler models you may want to try those first and come back to this guy.

  • why there is always Part...?

  • There's a 10-minute restriction on YouTube videos.

  • but ive seen like 45 minute vids

  • Yes, as soon as you're a YouTube partner you can upload longer videos. I've started doing this now, too.

  • you make my hands sad xD

  • Can someone explain me the part at 6:46? It's very vague

  • that step is just "inside reverse fold". don't fold without the knowledge of basic terminology! no suprise you don't understand. origami is like everything else. it won't work without your knowledge how. and on this video IS the point of the thing VISIBLE. don't wanna be rude, hust google it out - inside reverse fold picture diagram (or similar tags)

  • EasYYYYY lol i love origamis

  • EASY i am a pro at origami

  • you explain well until the part of the square and mountaain folds I g et fuckin lost there

  • LEARN

  • I don't know why people are complaining. This is an well made tutorial, with clear instructions.

Folding a model like this is not for beginners.

  • i'm not a fuckin' beginner

  • Great. Then you will have no problem following the video! Have fun :)

  • very very bad

  • i couldnt finish cause she is really bad at directions

  • her voice was so annoying! this video would have showed me how to make this oragami if her big man-hands weren't bllocking the paper!

  • man hands loool

  • is you can't make this model from these instructions then you are just too shit at origami to make a model this advanced, to a reasonable origamiest these instructions are perfect

  • MAGIC AT 3:22 How did she get those lines there OMGZ?!

  • haha your

  • k i figured that out now im lost at 10:15

  • ok you lost me at 9:50

  • you lasted longer than me i lasted until like 8:15

  • I completed it :P

  • its cool

  • wow in this first viedeo i thought i was makign a teradactle or however its spelled

  • ur right STAYTOONED2ME i love oragomie (im 11) when i get home from school afrer my homework i go on youtube grab some squar paper and have but my sister (shes 10) thinks its a wast of time and life well i tell her THAT IS SOOOO MUCH FUN but she dosen't listen

  • that is just like my bro

  • i know a harder trex than that and im 11

  • Make a video on how to fold it, and I might be impressed. :P

  • you are probably like 40

  • were do you get that paper

  • I have no special sources. I usually just check out the paper section in department stores and such. Arts and craft shops also sometimes have a nice selection of paper. Much of the paper I use (especially in the videos) I cut myself. Not always as precise, but at least this gives me bigger squares to work with.

  • NO IT DOESN'T

  • Fajna figurka i bardzo dobrze wytłumaczona. Nie było problemów ze składaniem, a składałem tę figurkę pierwszy raz. eXtra!

  • wtf are you sayin?

  • I am saying in Polisch.

  • ur voice sounds very professional!

  • ahhhhh

    i don't get the part after 6:43 x_x

  • wher do you get the paper

  • Ah, I just go into just about every paper or crafts shop I pass. Once in a while I find paper that I think is suitable for origami. Of course, you can buy origami paper in different online shops, but mostly paper there is expensive, and often no larger than 6in squares. Some wrapping paper is pretty good for origami - and that gives you larger sheets of paper to work with.

  • Like this!!!

  • can you make a video about three headed dragon by anibal voyer please

  • valew

  • how do you put those lines in there?

  • you are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • great!

  • your voice sounds professional!
