I did post that question in response to your comment. It came from something that happened to me, I was praying one day and I had just read "The Hiding Place" by Corrie Ten-Boom and Iprayed "God I want to have faith just like her. As clear as a bell I hear the voice of God ask me " Do you want to go through what she went through to get it?"

Since then comments like your's (not that it's a bad comment) bring that question to my mind

Wow, I have always loved her music and sang some of her songs at church. I had no idea she was blind. God has really blessed her immensely to make up for her eyesight. Not that i am implying that God did it to her or owes it to her, but she was faithful and he blessed her for it. Amen Ginny.

Actually, if you look into and go to her website, you will see that her recording company did NOT approve her track to be used for the trailer to saw 5. Her voice on the track of the trailer has since been changed. It is NOT her voice, but sounds very similar.

I'm extremely disappointed with Ginny. She has sold herself and her faith way short. She has allowed her version of the song "Be Thou My Vision" to be the main song for the trailer of "Saw 5". Just do a search right here on YouTube for "Saw 5 Trailer".

I hope you realize that "Be Thou My Vision" is a traditional Irish hymn, not one of Ginny's original songs. Besides, the version they use in the trailer isn't her's.

Oh ya, I definitely realize it is a traditional Irish hymn but her version she sang of that song WAS used in the earlier trailer versions. It seems they have used another version since.

The song is in the public domain she can't stop anyone from using it for any purpose. They could put it in a Porn flick and she couldn't stop them.
