  • nitro planes is good. but xheli is bullshit/trash/worthless...i could on and on till im over 9 thousand years old

  • Thread locker!!!!!! check everything!!!!!!!!! I'v (almost) had this exact problem at least twice on different heli's, you should tell people this is why with any new or old heli check everything!!! give at least a few good tips with your videos!!!!!!! newbees tip> spend at least an hour or two checking everything.. find good build videos and watch a few of them also research your heli for known bugs/upgrades etc.on forums too!

  • Bad one way bearing. You should buy Trex 250 replacement parts for it, one ways, tail booms, blades, etc.

That might help if they fit on the thing.

  • @RCvehicleGuy I know your directing that comment to earthling but im considering once i get my E-Razor 450, ill buy a T-Rex Gyro, better ESC, T-Rex Servos and maybe if it breaks buy a carbon Boom. The problem is, im not too sure which servo, gyro, etc. is best and right for this helicopter im getting. You think you can help me out with the electronics?

  • @erikatvdriver Hitec HS-65mgs are very nice servos. They are not the cheapest but they will actually work.

    Futaba gyros are good. Gy-401.

ESCs I do not think you have to be very picky about. As long as it can handle the amps.

I am not very heli-wise, I am mostly a plane guy, but just as it is with planes, things don't work right when you go cheap. Especially with the electronics. If you can afford it you should just get a Trex 450, or even better, a 500. Better still, fly a plane

  • i bought one razor 250 i dont knoe how to fly that shit still learing though,

1st flight tryin to hover dog was inspecting the heli an was too late he got to close an heli struck him, hes ok just got a lil cut

  • I have the same heli and i am having te same problems with it, but I got the exi 9g digital metal gear servo. I did not get any rubber grommets with so i can not attach it on my tail ??? so do you know how I can attach iton my tail?

  • Dude first thing when you get any thing from any of these China Company's STRIP IT DOWN! LOCK Tight is Your FRIEND!

  • sometimes vibration is caused by blades being to tight

  • For noobs looking at this.. some info from an experienced pilot...the crash happened because it was not checked for loctite. ALL heli's.. need to be broken down and checked for loctite. RTF does NOT mean its ready to fly. It means its assembled in the box. You never take anything for granted. I would never trust anyone else to my heli's mechanicals and operations. I make absolutely positive every screw, nut bolt has threadlock, and every bearing is greased. If you dont, your throwing money away

  • its broke because you crashed

after every flight you should check your heli ANY heli these things have lots of moving parts at high rpms and it happens. i've flown almost every 30 size all the way back to the shuttle and I have flown up to and including the xcell gasser (zenoa engine), i've flown moths with no crash and then bam its in the ground.

it happens, check your heli's. New guys will have more of this as they dont know what to look for. its a learning curve

  • Why don't you like Xheli, Nitroplanes, etc. I have many of their things, and they work great.

  • @DistructiveRC in my experience they have way poor quality and nowhere near as good hardware/electronics as other brands I have used. I've also had many ESC's burn up with stock setup/battery on their jets and planes.

  • @DistructiveRC X Heli Dosent Suck You Do. these are model helis not rolex watches if you dont how to adjust the parameters you will never get anywhere with then go make another salad oh yeah i forgot, are you GAY ?

  • @zapster2412111 I never said they sucked. I buy from them all the time. You are the GAY one!

  • How is the gy48v? Is it that much better?

  • @globemc2 it seems to work pretty well for the type of gyro that it is.

  • your helicopter is broken because 1. You crash a lot and 2.You suck at flying. I have an e-razor 250 and it works just fine like my blade 500

  • @randomwebcamer there is no such thing as a blade 500... and I fly very well, check out my other videos. This helicopters gyro was crap(i swapped it out) and I also swapped out the blades, and the tail servo. It flies ok now, but I get constant vibration issues, the blades simply will not stay in track. It has a very flimsy plastic body that is very bendy and doesn't hold well. There are many *much* better choices than this heli!

  • @randomwebcamer As old as this comment is it still gets me worked up. If you have not got anything nice to say then don't say it. Also, there is no Blade 500, it does not exist. And Xheli does suck because I could afford what they have. :)

So just keep your mouth zipped if your just gonna bash people, it just not nice. Criticism is fine, but saying people suck is just not right. You suck.

  • You Like to cry a lot don't you?

  • @mayiandjay how did you know?

  • Looks like the belt is off the pulley on the tail.

  • Weird... I haven't had a single problem with my e-razor 450.

Why haven't you stepped up to something bigger yet? I was amazed how easy a 450 is to control over a 250.

  • what about guppies and platys

  • @breedertankgib shouldn't need it for those.

  • loctite everything and get a 401 gyro a good one not that junk, trex can you say trex align, rtf out of the box big joke.

  • Hi Tab! So sorry to see all the problems you have had with this heli. I wonder if there is a lemon law for helis!

  • Thats poor. Should be able to buy such an item with confidence, its money at the end of the day and no ones really got a lot of that to splash around.

    Lucky no one was hurt.

Slap the company with the video. Put them to shame!!!

  • thats what she said

  • Get a T-Rex 250 they cost more but for a good reason, quality and customer service.

  • @dingo7222 I plan to get one soon :)

  • nice flying and i thank you for this video, reason being is that i was considering to buy something from x-heli and/or nitroplanes in the future but now im gonna stick to stuff from horizon hobby and other trusted companies. nice video and flying as usual!

  • Glad you didn't get hurt, but those things appear to be crap. I wouldn't ever take down these videos.

  • Bro. throw the towel in and call it a day.

  • Nice flying... Glad it turned out good!

Oh, and you should check all of the screws even out of the box, but like you said, for being an RTF, a novice would think that is ok to just fly it out of the box...

  • @avi8torace Hey. I agree. I did check some screws, but not that one... It was stripped, like half the body screws were! And I didn't strip them, half the screws(well, the screw holes that hold the screws) were stripped! I lock tighted the stripped ones in so they would hold good.

  • @earthling1984 When I strip the hole, I use crazy glue to keep the screw on. It worked.

  • can you reply about ir you need a usda to sell fish

  • @breedertankgib I don't think you do(at least for most fish).

  • Just pour a bottle of loctite over the whole helicopter, if that doesnt work replace the loctite with petrol and flick a match to it.

  • check out the reveiw by nightflyyer.

  • @frogs84ss I've seen it.

  • i'm just going to give my two cents take it or leave it. NO heli is "ready to fly" every one of them should be taken apart and gone over with thread lock on anyhting screwed into metal.all blads should be balanced and the head should be re settup fo 0 pitch at mid stick as far as the gyro well you kinda get what you pay for 165 bucks shipped for a cp heli, the point is if you want somthing good go buy somthing good. get a trex 250. but good reveiw.

  • @frogs84ss +1 I wrote something similar to what you said earlier, but it didn't get posted for some reason???

  • Tell the manufacturer that model is CRAP, or that at the least you got a lemon!

  • Hmm, even though I haven't purchased helis, I'd say maybe give the EXI series a try, but if your serious about helis, go with an align :)

  • why even bother no point just get helis from align....the t-rex 450

  • Comment removed

  • that heli is just like the honey bee king 2 that i got from xheli. the frame where the motor gos on keep on braking after i upgraded to a bl motor. i spent 150 bucks on upgrades for the head and tail and it still flys like crap. it suck when you spend your hard earned money on something that is crap. then to top it off, there tech's are not very helpful, they just wunt to make a sale. they dont know very much about there products other than them getting there money back on there investments.

  • Go eflite!

  • did u get your xheli thing

  • @imsofly74 this is the x-heli one that didn't show up in the first mailing. Yes, I got it... and I've had nothing but problems with it.

  • I bet if you pull the tail apart you will find exactly what you said. "The gear is spinning on the shaft." Suxs they sell such a crap heli that could hurt someone. But good review, you probably just saved people some money. Maybe even a life! lol. Good Job Tab! Now pull your good parts and trash that POS. You should get a trex 450 pro. Love to see your review on that.

  • I really do enjoy and appretiate your honesty. Thanks for sharing and for the update. Keep up the great work :)

  • i feel sorry for what happened. now if i get a heli im getting it from my local hobbystore, not xheli(dot)com
