when the old lady touches the man's face as he helps her... and the son running into his mother's arms... there are no words. it's important to show the sad stuff as well as all that happy joy joy stuff. i think this commercial is beautiful and tear-jerking definitely. how could anyone look at these poor, miserable people and not peel pity?
