I have been training for about 2 years now and I have had some pretty successful gains however I do not take any protein supplements. @snaggypaggy Don't need to prove anything to you, but when i hit the 1 year of training mark i will post a video on my transformation. No doubt that i'll have "unbelievers" due to the fact that I've gained a tremendous amount of muscle. Just a little sense of how my strength has increased, I was weighing around 105-110 and benching around 85lbs. I'm now at 145lbs and my 1RPM is 255.
Lui, Is it really necessary to hit muscle failure for an intense workout to build serious mass, I mean by applying drop sets/rest pause......., cause after each set, I always felt that I haven't pushed hard enough, please thumbs up guys, thanks lui!
