For those of you that don't have the achievement, go to the heli tour place. There's a piece of rope with people queuing. You can fight them with the rope between you and its very simple to get the melee attacks in. Also a food stand nearby if you get low on health.

It's good to see people still playing gta IV and thanks to the two guys that helped me out. I got the achievement just after watching this video, i went to the heli-tour and got it as there is a hot dog stand right next to it. Which helps heaps if you take a lot of damage.

If you use cheats, you can still get the trophy/achievement!! All you have to do is load up the save you want to use to get the trophy/achievement but DO NOT use cheats at all during the time it takes you when you load and when you get the trophy/achievement then you can use cheats when you got it. You won't be able to get it with cheats enabled on that certain save.

@15chagO When they say "PS3 exclusive," they don't mean the PS3 version of multi-platform games. They mean games that ONLY came out on the PS3. Games such as God of War, Killzone, LittleBig Planet, inFamous, etc...Thus, they want trophy guides for those games. The only PS3 exclusives I know they've covered is Heavy Rain and maybe God of War III. I will agree, however, that complaining about which button inputs they decide to use (360 scheme or PS3 scheme) is pretty stupid =/
