No, not everyone can play an instrument. People can learn to sing just as they can learn to play an instrument, or they can't. Neither is better than the other, don't be jealous just because you haven't learned to play an instrument.
not exactly... u could take voice lessons...to match a note with ur voice is almost the same as matching it with a flute or bassoon(ha i play those 2 instruments) i cant sing but i kno ppl who take lessons so they can learn to
