Why do so many people hate the Jewish people. I have noticed so many comments insulting them. If someone said that about any other race everyone would be all upset.  I have seen (on youtube) so many so called Christians insult the Jewish people in the most horrific way. WHy? Dont they know that through Jesus Christ we are grafted into the family tree of Israel? Jesus was Jewish. No they are not perfect neither are we but we must love them any ways as God loves them.

@livegorgeouslygreen I don't get it either. Especially from those claiming to be Christian. Jesus told us to pray for our enemies, not curse them or kill them. They are not our enemies. I think too many people are resentful that a group or race is called 'the chosen people'. God chose that race to bring us our Savior. God chose them to bring us a Savior & in the end is that not the important part. That HE gave us a way. But there hearts are full of pride & they do not see. Through Jesus we now can ALL be called Gods chosen people. We should be thankful to GOD that he made a way for us & humble our hearts before that gift.

In more interesting news, Jimmy DeYoung was on the John Ankerberg Show and he said that he has visited the High Priest chosen for the third Temple. He would not disclose the man's name but he is slated to be the new High Priest. It's also interesting that there are seventy + men presently in training for Temple duties.

I think you are forgetting who the Jews are. They are the people that came out of Abraham which means that they are the ones God had his promise with. Maybe they have turnd away, but remember nothing is impossible with God. That can be changed. The temple will be rebuilt. If you know the Bible than you know that. Jesus even said that the second temple would not stand and look what happened some years later..completely destroyed. And there ARE some Jews who believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

No, the exciting part is the fact that the building of the third temple will simply indicate that we are that much closer to the return of our Savior Jesus Christ. The Jews will do things their way, they are God's chosen people, don't forget that part.  They have been punished for turning away from God. They will come to know Jesus in the end. Remember, God's ways and plans are far above our ways and our thoughts. I have not been 'duped' because I have the real truth of Jesus Christ in me.

You are right to say that God does not live in temples made by hands. In fact, there is no temple in Heaven because Jesus is our temple there. But, the Jewish people who do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah, are still going to build the temple in Jerusalem so they can continue their Jewish rituals including animal sacrifices and worship. The anti-christ will put an end to the daily sacrifice and claim to be god. It is all part of God's plan. God bless you and may His peace be with you.

Then how can the prophecy of Daniel and also Jesus Himself be fulfilled without one? The abomination of desolation clearly says that on a wing of the temple will be one claiming to be in charge there. That is basically how we will know who the anti-christ is. Danial 9:24-27 talks of the Messiah coming on the scene (1st coming) and then being removed so that the anti-Christ figure would appear shortly there-after.

No indication of a lengthy delay before the anti-Christ was to come.

Lastly... much of the time when it states "world" in the New Testament it is referring to the Old Covenant "world" or system.

Check out John 15:18-25 where it talks of the world hating Jesus and His then disciples... verse 25 states who the "world" is... "their Law"

OC Jews had the Law, not the Gentiles... if you see what I mean, think of the OC System and it leaders whenever you read about the "world" and also remember the text is talking to real people 1900 years ago... not us directly.

God destroyed their last temple in AD70 for a reason... the 3rd one will never be completed.

I know you see differently on this issue and that ok my friend... most Christians do see differently based on what all their teachers have taught them.

But let me just go on record as saying that a 3rd temple may be started, but it will never be completed.

Actually you are wrong. Jesus said in John 10:30 'I and the Father are one'. That IS claiming to be God. I know you think that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit acting as one God is illogical to you. Logic only helps those in the flesh. Spirit is not logical to the natural world so you are right to say it is not logical. Faith is believing in something you may not see.
