  • Now I'm dead...

    Like a boss

  • this is the best scene ever.....it totally sums up gus's character.....so calm and collected

  • When I first saw this I thought Gus was a robot. That would have been great.

  • For i sec i thought Mr. gus walked out just fine, till i saw the other half... It would be epic if he lived, no one really knows, besides, he's in a hospital so i bet they could just revive him.

  • @tulp35000 Gus is not in hospital and he is dead

  • @Seektruth1st Elderly home has doctors and nurses and stuff that can keep comatosed ppl alive.

  • Don't missunderstand me, I love Breaking Bad, it's the best seties ever. But this scene really dissappointed me.

  • Very silly and unrealistic way to kill one of the shows best characters, too comical and it completely put me off what i would of had down as the best tv series i have ever watched

  • @colinturnbull6 it was this death scene that got me into this tv show. some random site made a gif of this death, i found out what show it was and apparently it supposed to be a kick ass show. i watched all 4 seasons non-stop.

  • Best series ever!!

  • How the hell did he walk out of there?

  • SO....SOOOO BADASS.

  • I know it's symbolic and all but I feel like maybe Gus should of just you know died? Or atleast crawled out of the room with half his face twisted up and burnt with a leg missing or something.

  • All he wanted was to have some brothers up on the wall.

  • Amazing!

  • Like a fucking boss.

  • "Face Off" = best title ever.

  • lol, i thought he is a cyborg! =D

  • Kentucky fried fring!!!!

  • Gus "Two-Face" Fring

  • When I first saw this I was like shit Gus was a robot all along they just spoilt the storyline. Then I clocked it was his skull and bones exposed not metal lol I'm so stupid

  • @TheZoobearz Haha, i lol'd

  • @TheZoobearz I totally saw Gus and thought he was the terminator too...back to kill Sarah Conner

  • Harvey "Two Face" Dent?

  • Looks like buggin out has a bigger problem then his scuft jordans

  • looks like he was

    *puts on sunglasses*

    ahh i dont got anything

  • @FathomLordKarathr

    Looks like Gus is...

    *puts on sunglasses*

    half a man.

(I know, it's not very good. Just thought I'd give it a shot...)

  • One of the best villains because he didn't act like one I loved dis dude lol no homo but he was tha shit as a character man breaking bad is my fav shit I watch it over and over I think I'm there biggest fan

  • Hector is creepy as hell.

  • Gus, a boss even in his last moments.

  • Is the metal plate in his head mentioned earlier in the season or did that just come out of nowhere.?

  • I love the sound of the bones in the end.

  • so gus is also Harvey Dent/two face?

  • LIKE A BOSS!

  • LOL

  • Comment removed

  • How much did this explosion cost, I wonder?

  • Does he even have a jaw bone?

  • dying like a boss.

  • Brilliant burlesque!

  • Gotta give him props tho he walked out and fixed his shirt like a boss before he died.

  • jajajajaaja se lo merece

  • Can't stop laughing!!!!

  • holy shit!, is Mr. Salamanca ok?

  • boahhh that was scary

  • TWO-FACE!

  • That's so frikkin' awesome.

  • Someone needs to make a fus ro dah remix of this.

  • First time I saw this I thought that Gus is actually Gustavo "Two-face" Fring. On the other side he is an harmless chicken restaurant owner and a friend of the DEA, and on the other side he is a cold hearted killer and a drug dealer.

  • My black guy is obviously a Dragonborn and shouted Unrelenting Force.

  • LOL it seriously looked like he blasted the door down with his voice.

  • @OpinionistaFolle

    He did it.

  • Two-Face anyone!

  • FUS RO DAH!!!

  • @Thomasbs1992 Gus is a Dragonblood

  • The rage in Hector's face before he dies is fucking intense.

  • The King is dead. Long live the King

  • I like ur new face,gus ;)

  • Season 5 starts in July 12 people! for 16 episodes aswell, and its the final season! CANT WAIT. Hope they bring back mike aswell hes a fucking boss.

  • Fucking historic scene in television history! When he walked outside of the room and into the hallway, I actually thought the show was going to keep him alive, despite having his face blown off. Only in Breaking Bad can you have the antagonist killed in the fourth season. I wonder how season five will run.

  • @DarkReapersGrim wait wait....

there is gonna be a season five?

    but....

    the evil guy is dead

    along with the cartel

    it should end right now

the series is perfect as it is

  • @manciuxl1 It seems like all of the questions are answered, but there is still a lot we don't know and also four seasons isn't enough. We still don't know what happened to Mike. We still don't know where Hank and Walt's relationship will go and whether the DEA will know about any of Walt or Skyler's involvement. We still don't know who will take over the meth business. We still don't know what will happen to Jesse. Etc. I'd be disappointed if they bought Gus back. It would kill the show.

  • @manciuxl1 season five should be the last one to wrap up everything.

  • @DarkReapersGrim Mike is going to be angry.

The DEA will catch up with Walt and Jesse.

And Jesse is going to be super fucking pissed off when he realises that Walt gave the lady of the valley to Brock AND watched Jane die in S2.

  • Comment removed

  • You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Lol two face bitch!

  • I was like what he is still alive but then the camera turned

  • EPIC. EPIC FUCKING SHOW. It was literally epic from beginning to end (so far). Can't wait for Season 5.

  • I fuckin' love this show, and I gotta say, I think Gus Fring may be my favorite villain ever.

  • @JFAK1967 Was really sad to see him go, was hoping he'd stay till the end.

  • I actually just typed in "Best scene Breaking bad" and this showed up. I actually catched in on tv but new watchers will gonna be spoiled if they didnt watch season 4 before...

  • @Screep5

And it would be their fault?

  • you stepped on my brand new white air jordans

  • He died like a bad ass well composed mofo! lol

  • 0:46 Well, I guess I didnt need to sleep tonight anyway.

  • and kids, that's how gus died.

  • i was like WTF he was an ANDROID THE WHOLE TIME?!

  • jajajjajajajajjaj! The Terminator!

  • If he had just gone with his instincts the first time he saw Walter and Jesse...

  • guys i cant imagine what will at 5 season ?? i mean is he realy dead?? when hes i dont know what producers want to do that in 5. season.. i mean cartel is down.. gus probably too

  • @onepiecefunk14 Season 5 will be the fall of Walter White.

  • ლ(ಠ益ಠლ Y U NO DIE?

  • People who are complaining about how "unrealistic" or "fake" the scene was, need to chill and understand that the scene wasn't intended to be realistic.

  • I hope they show they show the 5 hour make application for Gus in the Bluray Special Features. The guys who actually did the make-up we're the guys that did the make-up for The Walking Dead.

  • People can do some crazy stuff when they're in shock, just before they die. And yeah, Mike will be back! He won't be under Gus's thumb anymore.

  • @OpinionistaFolle The Lily of the valley plant is shown on the finale (and 4x12 but discreetly) cause when he is spinning the gun and it points toward himself 2 or 3 times the other times it points at the plant, but we as the audience at that time don't know what the significance of the plant was until the finale. BUT you are correct, they don't show how he planted it, but the same plant IS in his backyard. Which is going to make season 5 that much more intense and mind boggling. Theymightshowit

  • I think Mike will be back somehow. Which is awesome. Because Mike is awesome.

  • I just noticed how the episode is called "Face Off."

  • @MagmaWalrus Yeah, Face Off, Box Cutter, Crawl Space and so on. There so good at fucking with are heads.

  • FUCK YOU GUS AAHA

  • Gus failed to poison 11 people from the cartel.

In any case, ive watched this scene over and over. I just love it.

  • @bucketfel hahaha what kind of man dislikes this video? no man, no man at all.

  • Just DUMB, LAZY CG what has breaking bad come to? Did they forget Gus was facing hector not standing with his side perfectly aligned? Looked like two face from batman. I'd much prefer a realistic death where he, you know, dies........maybe crawling out of the room and dieing but seriously that shit blew the room apart, surprised gus didn't lose his legs from that shit.

  • @sidescrollshot86 dumb, lazy CGI? hardly. it was good CGI. he also realised it was a bomb and probably attempted to get out before the door blew out.

in any case, the scene was supposed to be symbolic. you know, like the thing they do in any sort of film or tv ever? in their last moments, people show you who they really are (an allusion to the film you referenced). gus showed his ugly and civilized half, as he could no longer compartmentalize those two, what with him having half a face.

  • @clancym1 I haven't seen cgi this cheap since star wars episode 1!!!!!!!!!!!!! or that scene in terminator 3 with the crane flipping over *VOMIT*. Look, I don't mind symbolism and connecting the dots but for a show that I considered to be on the realistic side for tv, it seemed REALLY over the top. The only thing that seems even close to being as ridiculous is the plane crash idea.....a huuuuuuuuuge stretch at best. I'm just curious what will happen in this coming season, very curious.

  • @sidescrollshot86 read crimsoncylinder's comment.

  • @sidescrollshot86 I disagree. I think it was the best possible way they could have written Gus off; sudden and impacting. It definitely shocked me, and an entire series of building up to this moment was not done so in vain. I also don't think it's unrealistic for a death by explosives. Gus was a man who still had his pride, even in death. They did an excellent job with this scene. Definitely one of the greatest in television history, in my opinion.

  • @jim191185 - "The Wire" is even better than "Breaking Bad". Go watch it.

  • @emarceg I've been having a really hard time sticking with it. The first episode was pretty boring, if I may say so. Besides, it's in standard definition!

  • wth. I was like D:

Is this death even possible? first, there was no fire in the explosion.

second, can a guy rly do that after his half face is blown off?

  • @TheVrdlfe yes it is possible, in a control explosion sometimes there is no fire. For the face it sometimes depends.

  • @OpinionistaFolle

I don't think there's much of a difference by now.

  • The only reason I can see someone disliking this video is because it gives away the end the series' major story arc.

  • GUSNATOR: Rise of the machines

  • That's the coolest thing I've seen so far on Breaking Bad.

  • Joker face @ 0:15

  • I literally scream 'WTF!' when Gus stepped out of that room barely alive. This scene might have been a tad over the top, but certainly BADASS; like a GUS.

  • HOOOOAH!

  • @OpinionistaFolle It's too huge of an implication, in his backyard there is a plant called "lily of the valley" on the tag. Thats too much.

  • @OpinionistaFolle i reckon the start of season 5 will be a flashback of how walt poisoned brock.

  • @OpinionistaFolle

    actually:

if you rewind a couple episodes, you'll remember a scene with Walt spinning his gun on the table, it eventually points at the plant, and he looks at it. People seem to forget about that bit. Next up, Saul's secretary is shredding up school timetables when Walt breaks into the office. Walt also stole the poison cigarette, remember a few episodes back when he asked jesse for a smoke? He took a couple draws and put it out. It all makes sense when you watch it back.

  • Is this show a realistic show?

  • @MrSqueevoot

quite, yes, this was the season finale though.

  • @MrSqueevoot id say most of the time

  • @MrSqueevoot Some may think his awesome death was unrealistic, but in reality it is. He was just in shock, he's not "an android" or "the terminator" like some people say. His organs were failing from the negative pressure produced from the shockwave and he was hemorrhaging. Not to mention half of his face was fucking gone. So his death is actually rather realistic, though bizarre being that most people rarely see such things unless enlisted in the armed forces haha.

  • @CrimsonCylinder Thats how I took it, extreme shock.

  • @MrSqueevoot out of say, lost prison break or 24, this is by far the most realistic. never over the top and always entertaining. great cast and plot, even better if youre a fan of malcom in the middle. :D

  • @jim191185 some things are a bit over the top. (Jesse's party house to me was unrealistic as fuck, how do you turn a suburban home into a drug den without people noticing or caring, too weird). Most realistic shoe imo = the wire. The way people die and get shot is pretty much the way they should die.

  • @shegwin i dunno man its not that unrealistic, ive seen peoples houses turn out like that over the course of a messy weekend, just depends on the location if its going to be reported or not :). youve got to admit breaking bad is a must-see series. best one ive watched so far and i fuckin loved 24. now thats unrealistic lol

  • @jim191185 yess lets go 24. but breaking isnt up to par with the wire, different caliber show

  • @psdddT would you say the wire is worth watching then? i need something to watch inbetween the walking dead episodes... i love that show- AMC is king!!!. british tv is fucking terrible, i need my fix of american series.

  • @jim191185 omg , its a little slow to get into , but by far the best show to ever be on television hands down

  • I wish I never saw that... If I knew I would turn it off before end and pretend he killed them all and continue producing :D

  • Also, give this man an Emmy already.

  • Gus' rage killed him, he should have let Tyrus handle it as Tyrus said, but Gus is like No I do this. Damn if Mike was there he would have noticed the bomb on the walkthrough.

  • @invadr1 Shit yeah! What happened to Mike?

  • @OpinionistaFolle I object...Walt said he didn't, yet Jesse said it was a poison called Lily of the Valley, now the fact that we see that same poison in Walt's backyard, doesn't make it obvious that he did it? The only opening that plant represents is that Jesse could potentially find out about it next season.

  • lol when i saw him walking and standing upright (while fixing his tie) the way he did with a blown up face i really thought the creators were playing a joke on us all this time that Gus was never a human, and more of an android.

  • My friend though this scene was really unrealistic. Though it reality it is rather plausible. Pipe bombs have the tendency to blast in a direction. With Gus standing up quickly the blast passed by his side and hit the door, also detonating outwards killing Salamanco and Tyrus. Him walking out seemingly unaffected was just due to shock. He was dying at that point (obviously).

  • I was mad for a second there when he walked out, I thought he wasn't dead until I saw his face lol

  • ding ding ding ding ding

  • @OpinionistaFolle

    watch?v=_rzjS4hzR8E

    There's your evidence.

  • see season 4 finale discussion at The Entertainment Bureau...

just visit entertainment-bureau (.com, of course)

  • Gus comes walking out like the terminator and straightens his tie and PLOP!

    fell dead!

  • As far as Walt poisoning Brock, I bet they will probably do some "back-filling" in the plot using show openings in season 5 like they have done before, such as showing the brothers killing Tortuga.

  • At first, I was like "Whoah!"

Then I was like "Aww :("

    Then I was like "AHHHH!"

    Finally, I was like "Yaaaay!"

  • i think anatomical correctness on his exposed skull is more accurate compared to Two-Face in the Dark Knight

  • Thumbs up fi you just realized that at 0:46 a dilapidated leg falls from the ceiling.

  • I wonder if people like Gus really exist. I heard someone say that they think Pizza Hotline is a front for money laundering, I did some research, it's VERY believable. (Also, a Hotline delivery boy was murdered in Winnipeg so now the owner is doing an anti-crime campaign).

  • Fukn awesome, the best tv series ever made. I hope they don't pontificate like David Simon did with the final season of The Wire. I have a good feeling that they won't.

Walter's evolution, or should I say regression into a monster over the last two series has been a Tour de Force.

I haven't read many remarks about the Saul Goodman character, I think he has been absolutely inspired comic relief in a show that is gruelling to watch at times.

Cannot praise this show highly enough.

  • all things considdered, he could have survived that, and just fell over from shock, the explosion doesnt seem to have torn his neck apart, so not much blood loss, the fire from it could of made the skin singe to prevent bleeding, and he will just be a black 2-face for a while....

  • @bongopin2 In skyler's last scene in the season the television states 3 people died from the blast. Vince G. (creator) also confirms

  • gus us the best character of all time hands down second is scarface

  • I still think the scene from last season with walt killing the two dudes is better

  • Awesome scene! I wonder what Mike is gonna do now? Do you think he's gonna bow down to walt and jesse now? I dunno but it should be an interesting season coming up! Can't wait!

  • Hire an old teacher as meth cook LIKE A BOSS

Try to kill him LIKE A BOSS

Wipe out drug cartel LIKE A BOSS

Torture old man LIKE A BOSS

Get blown up by him LIKE A BOSS

    0:47 I'm the boss.

  • I'm on S3E2, but ima watch this anyways. fuckit

  • >MFW this happened and I totally didn't expect it

    >MFW I have no face

    >MFW HE has no face

  • First thing I thought when I saw that was omfg gus is a terminator... now whats walter going to do

  • This explains why this episode was called "face off" lol...took me a while to make that connection...

  • the lily of the valley doesn't really make sense to me! what kind of a kid goes and eats flowers that don't like look eatable.

  • @2666sina Dude, it is the berries from the plant, not the flower itself. Besides, Walt probably found a way to have the kid eat it, like sneaking it in his other food or something.

  • Gus will always be the fucking boss

  • Comment removed

  • WOW someone made a WTF BOOM for this

  • Salamanco's face right before het set off that bomb fkn intense! He played Antonio Nappa in Oz, he's great!

  • crippled little rata.

  • Gus may look like he died but........ in the car it says 3 people "may" have been killed... maybe gus got rushed to the hospital? it could be true, and then mike finds out and takes action?

  • @NoobFLProducer it says on the last tv report thing that "three" people are confirmed dead

  • Mike made 6 youtube accounts and disliked this. No Gus means no money.

  • HALLL!

  • Yo dawg, I heard you were going to bed.......

  • Don Eladio and the Capo's disliked this.. BITCH!

  • Comment removed

  • @molebcfc

You're a fucking spastic cunt yourself for saying that, you evil fucking cunt, your mom and dad will get run over sometime in the future... just you wait
