  • i wish my priest still talked like that. He told me that he remembers being a server and a celeberant in the latin Mass.

  • Alguém sabe me dizer qual peça está sendo executada no início? E qual missa está sendo cantada?

  • @raphael142010 A peça inicial é o "Dialogue" de Eugéne Gigout

  • I wonder what it is like... to be so small, so petty, so filled with pitch-black, darkened hate, that one spends their time on YouTube denigrating what is sacred to others.

Does God send people to hell, or does he simply allow us to continue existing, after we die, exactly what we made of ourselves in life?

  • Is Our Lady of Sorrows church still an ongoing parish in Chicago. If so does anyone know where it is located.

  • @MANKATO311 It is indeed. 3121 West Jackson Boulevard.

  • The Church didn't need a new Mass, they just needed to show everyone this film. Fulton Sheen knows how to explain things to people!

  • This is beautiful. I wish that Latin mass would be easier to attend in Montreal, but alas it's very difficult to find one.

  • @canuck21 You fought for the Révolution tranquille and against Maurice Duplessis and now you want the Church back in Quebec?! No Quebecians defended the Holy Church during the Révolution tranquille! Shame on Quebec, shame!

  • @0masakra0 I would have defended the Church if I was born then. Beside, my parents immigrated to Montreal in 1980, none of my ancesters was part of the révolution tranquille.

  • did you know that vatican created the crown? people think the crown are the british royals but in fact its a city within the city of london, similar to the vatican city.. so while the irish were fighting the crown and we turned to the roman catholic church for salvation we were actually turning to the very same who were murdered millions of irish in the first holocaust in europe... look this up all verified facts! this church has some truly evil secrets that people have no clue about!

  • Wrong Shillstein, youre ignorant of History.

England went through the Reformation, converted to Anglican, Calvinism & Puritan sects, for King Henry TO Divorce (Vatican wouldnt grant it) & later Kill his wife (for a Son), nothing related to Faith.

England, when it Prosecuted Irish Catholics in 1600s & 1800s, WAS Protest-ant!

Catholic Church gave England The Magna Carta (Sovereign Rights). Twas Dutch Jews that Settled In England & were Behind the Evil, ie USURY, Debtors Prisons, Genocide

  • @StSimonMartyr smoke and mirrors, don't just accept the fact that protestants are protestants or catholics are catholics, the hierarchy of these organisations throughout history are both on the same page and just fucking with your mind!

  • blessed be the one true catholic church

  • @TheLancerules2 Amen

  • One can't help but feel immensely proud to be Roman Catholic while watching this; especially if one attends a traditional Latin mass.

  • @TheBeowulf19 - And I am sure you understood zero of it. Latin is dead, unlike the apostacy ridden Catholic Church, the Orthodox Church speaks to people in their own language, as the Apostles did, and has never strayed unlike the Catholic church.

  • @EvertonFooty If Christ said He would be with His Church all days until the end of the world, why did the Church suddenly stop having councils in 787? Doesn’t it strike you as a bit ridiculous that many other councils were held after 787, which the Eastern “Orthodox” arbitrarily reject as “not accepted by the Church,” even though these councils which they reject had more bishops than those which they accept? According to you people the Church has defected.

  • Anyone who doesn't like this is not a Catholic.

  • "It is a long-established principle of the Church never to completely drop from her public worship any ceremony, object or prayer which once occupied a place in that worship."

Well, so much for that idea...

  • Oh Jesus, get over yourselves.

  • Does the man speaking sound like Fulton J. Sheen to anyone?

  • @Killermuffin1 It is Fulton Sheen, it even says it in the description.

  • My brothers of Pius XI Society, or whoever are stating boldly here ---- I dare not go so far as thou. You leave no room for charity or human weakness in your wrathful manner. Jesus does say “leave them alone, if they are not against us they are for us.” Your enemy is not Rome just because it is not as “pure” as thou. The Church, despite its many failures / sins, is under the covenant of the Holy Spirit. The keys of the kingdom nor the authority granted shall not be taken away.

  • At 7:35 Judica me, Deus, et dicerene causam meam de gente non sancta; ab homine iniquo et doloso erue me.

  • Superlike!!! A Heaven on Our Earth! Long Live the Mass for All Eternity!

  • 87 people think the easter bunny should have pride of place.

  • This video provides a great narration of the Mass for those looking to learn how to follow the Mass

  • I defy you to show me (and show yourself) an INFALLIBLE document in the Church that promotes outright hatred of all of the damned. On the contrary, Scripture tells us not to hate, but to love our enemies (Matt. 5:43-48) and Tradition tells us you shall hate no man (Didache 2:7)

  • @pj100003 Your interpretation of love is not correct. True love is telling someone they are damned so they will change thier lives for the better and be saved. Tolerance is of Satan. I did give an infallible quote - from Pope Eugene IV from the Council of Florence. You must not understand the true meaning of infallible, otherwise you would have known that that was an infallible statement made by the Pope. Many more could be given.

  • ...common themes in the New Testament is that of self-sacrificial love on behalf of the lost so that they might be saved. That's what Christ and His Apostles shed their blood for. The Church built upon that, and likewise is called to self-sacrifice for the salvation of souls.

  • ...exists for no other reason than the salvation of the souls of the damned, through CHARITY and peace whenever possible. Do you not realize that the Church can only define what is already present in the Apostolic Deposit of Faith, it CAN'T 'add' to it. Scan the New Testament. One of the most...

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You're a bit unstable, aren't you? Since when does the fact that nobody can be saved who is not joined to Christ in the Church mean that we're to hate those who are on their way to hell..? Let me tell YOU something, it's important for YOU to know that the Catholic Church...

  • "Brethren, my heart's desire... Is that they (Israel) may be saved... I ask, then, has God rejected His people? By no means! I myself am an Israelite... God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew."- Romans 10:1, 11:1-2 May God grant you the grace to love the Jewish people and wish them salvation!

  • @theSacredHeart2 No, our Holy Father has no different attitude than St. Paul. "For I could wish myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brethren...[the] Israelites... to them belong... sonship, glory, covenants, law, worship, promises, patriarches"- Romans 9:3-4

  • @pj100003 It is important for you to know that Benedict XVI is not the Pope, so you can't address him as Holy Father. The Church says that the Jews are to be looked upon as cursed and they are in no way our brothers. Pope Eugene IV said this "The Holy Roman Church firmly believes professes and preaches that all who are outside the Church, not only pagans, but also Jews, heretics and schismatics cannot share in eternal life unless they are joined to the Church before the end of thier lives."

  • @TheSacredHeart2

Well, No Salvation Outside The Church.

I pray for all people I know that have left the true Church never been Catholic, I know Jews I pray for there converstion as well Athiest I'm they only Traditional Catholic in my family.

  • 'The Reformation was "a devastation of England, which was at the time when this event took place, the Happiest country, that the world had ever seen; but Afterwards marched on inflicting torments on the people, and shedding their innocent blood; hospitals and other religious foundations were confiscated by the Reformers and Jews, who brought to England the misery of Pauperism "

-William Cobbett, Protestant Author-A History of the Protestant Reformation in England and Ireland

  • JPII's "Indult mess" is a complete sham, as is B16's Motu "Mess"!

  • @dami9989 Got both your replies. I know nothing about the John Birch Society other than seeing it mentioned frequently in Mad Magazine when I was a kid (~1962). Your profile states that you are in Las Vegas. The SSPX has a Chapel with Sunday Masses there. There are two websites with very good resources including Latin Mass locations throughout North America. They are "Coalition Ecclesia Dei" and also "Chapels of the SSPX in the USA". I hope this helps. Also, PRAY the Holy Rosary!

  • @johnwoa The SSPX are schismatics. They pretend to hate Vatican II yet they still hold that Antipope Benedict XVI is valid. If they hold that Benedict XVI is valid, then according to the laws of the Church they would have to accept the Council he is head of. Another point is canonizations. "Canonizations" done by the Vatican II Antipopes would have to be accepted by them , but they don't accept them. If they believe Benedict to be valid, they would have to accept them. Another mark of schism.

  • And you sedevacantists have the authority to condemn Benedict XVI ? The only one who have power on him is Jesus-Christ Himself. La Salette told us that Rome will lose faith, even at the top, which we see today. Remember that Padre Pio, when addressing to Paul VI, called him pope (even if we know that Paul VI was an horrible pope). The Church is going through a crisis which we never saw before and NO ONE have the authority to do something in this. We must understand what real obeisance is.

  • @DomineDeusRex Yes we do have the authority because he is not Catholic. Saint Francis de Sales said "Now when he (the Pope) is explicitly a heretic he falls ipso facto out of his office and out of the Church and ceases to be Pope." He is talking about a Pope validly elected. Benedict XVI wasn't even that.

  • @TheSacredHeart2

A Saint does not have authority saint Peter's throne, Only Jesus-Christ have authority on the pope. Even if the canon law say he is excommunicated ipso facto, no one have the power to apply it.

  • @DomineDeusRex A heretical pope excommunicates himself. You don't need a formal statement to show you are a heretic. Heresy can be manifested by word or deed. Antipope Benedict XVI has done both. He tries to exonerate Jews from the guilt of murdering God, which is one of his main heresies, and many many more could be stated.

  • @dami9989 Suggestions? I have closely followed this since 1970. First, AVOID the Sedevacantists. Next, since Benedict XVI issued his Apostolic Letter "Summorum Pontificum" (2007), I'm certain weekly (if not daily) Tridentine Masses are available in parish church(es) in your diocese. Also, the Vatican is currently in ongoing negotiations with SSPX. Benedict sincerely wants SSPX back with Rome! SSPX has stayed the course since "day 1" and I have no problem with attending a SSPX Mass.

  • why must we criticize the post vatican II mass? It takes time to improve, like the Tridentine mass. I love the old mass, but we must use what we know from it to improve the Newer form, the Ordinary Form.

  • @treeloop98 -- When the Novus Ordo is done right, its beautiful; uneducated liberal idiots are the ones who have distorted it.

  • @treeloop98 The Post Vatican II Mass is not valid. That is why we must criticize it.

  • The Earth is in the abyss today because the Mass was taken away from us over 40 years ago. Don't let Rome fool anybody. One has to go out of his/her way to find and attend the Extraordinary form of Mass. The Mass is not in our local parish churches (see Daniel Chap 8: 11-14). The world is looking for spiritual nourishment and it is not finding it with the Novus Ordo "get together people's service".

  • Vatican II wanted to do away with all of this sacredness?

  • @StSimonMartyr Amen! Don't let Abraham "THE FOX-MAN", of the anti-Catholic, ADL, read this, lest, you want to be branded an anti-semite!

  • How awesome! That's the only words I can say. I am a new catholic, but I have always had respepct for the old ways, and I wish they would bring back the Latin Mass, even if only for holy days. I just love the prayers. It reminds me of mass celebrated in many of the contemplative cloistered women's orders, like the Carmelites. I even wear a veil every sunday and any other mass I go to, as I feel that we should in the presence of the Holy Eucharist and for Our Blessed Mother's sake.

  • 4:09 hahahaha what? Please notice the content of this video.

  • The Shame. The latin west has thrown this away. Vatican two was the worst thing. Vatican two did more to damage the Church than any protestant could. May G-d restore the west to Orthodoxy. Long Live The Eastern Orthodox Church!

  • Hello , beautiful ! I would like to know what is the music played at the beginning of the film ? Who composed this solemn music for organ ? Is it possible to find again the partition ? Thank you all .

  • Beautiful!, Just so beautiful!! Such a great act of love for God, this is what u call Mass! Not A Eucaristic table or gathering but a Sacrifice which brings us so close to calvary in which Christ gave himself for us! Amen Bring this Mass Back for all people. This is the Mass that will triumpth over all evil! This Mass will destroy all the impurty of the world and will help sactify the world but we need the prayers of Mary Most Holy.

  • Why was Sola Scriptura, a faith in the Bible alone (Idol Worship of a book), the battle-cry of Martin Luther and John Calvin (nee Cohen)?

For the same reason Luther said, "Take away the Mass, destroy the Church."

  • @StSimonMartyr I grew up on the new Mass and sometimes attend the Latin Mass and I'm still trying my best to understand it and I do see the beauty in the silence and understand sometimes that's how God comes to us but what makes me angry is people who act like the new Mass is some how invalid and love the point out the "heresy" of Rome but NOTHING makes me more angry than those who put down and criticize our Holy Father., the Vicar of Christ!

WOW! Schismatic AND anti-Semitic. Yeah showing us how racist you are is really going to prove your point.

BTW I do agree with your Freemason comment though.

  • @MrMikebighead "Anti-semitism" is a lie the Jews use to make people feel bad about questioning their version of history. It's also a tactic they use when they don't get what they want or when someone disagrees with them.

  • All Catholics must read THE PLOT AGAINST THE CHURCH by Maurice Pinay

Its Online and free, and names names.

It was written by high ranking Catholic clergy before Vatican 2. Read it!!!

  • You are Anti Gentile and Anti Christian..

  • @StSimonMartyr Thank you Father... We ALL did not know what we were doing...let us listen together and accept His dying words, "Abba, forgive them for they know not what they do..." I was recently blessed with the opportunity to attend the Old Mass. I am 62, so it brought me back, it renewed me, and it immersed me in a sacred holiness that I didn't realize how much I missed. God Bless you, and GO and tell all the nations like Fr. Kenneth Myers is doing in Pittsburg, PA...HELP HIM HELP US!

  • What's the name of the organ piece before the Vidi Aquam ?

  • @seanynut1994 It's the beginning of the "Grand chœur dialogué" by Eugène Gigout (1844-1925).

  • Continued: ...which had explicitly permitted NFP, with consent from both husband and wife who had a grave reason for doing so. How can you say that Pope Pius XI, the bishop of Rome, did not know of this article, which had been distributed to all the bishops throughout the world to include in their teachings? It is obvious that Pope Pius XI had a different understanding of his proclamation than you seem to believe.

  • Continued from below: ..."that is deliberately deprived of it's natural power to generate life is an offense against the law of God." He said this to answer the Anglicans, who had allowed the usage of contraception amongst themselves. However, NFP is the performing of the marital act on infertile days, when the power to conceive is not present. How can you prevent something which is not there? Also, during the reign of Pope Pius XI, an article had been published by the Vatican which had explici

  • Perhaps I did not explain myself clearly enough. It has been proclaimed numerous times by Popes Pius XII and Paul VI that NFP is "morally acceptable for serious motives", serious motives being physical impossibility on the mother's part to conceive, or danger to her health and/or the child's. If the married couple do not have serious motives for not conceiving a child, then that is a sin. As for Pope Pius XI, he said that, "any use... of matrimony exercised in such a way that the act is deliber

  • @Stargazer4ever15 Pope Pius XII was a very weak willed man. He was someone who hated theidea of offending others. And Paul VI was not a pope. He was a satanic Jewish infiltrator.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You, are an idiot.

  • Continued from below... Besides, the pope is still our pope, regardless of what you think his character may be; it is his authority which we must respect and it is not for you to decide whether the pope is worthy of his position or not. If he has done wrong, then it is God's domain to admonish him at his death, as it is with all of us.

  • @TheSacredHeart2: What made you think he is a heretic? NFP is not bad. Besides

  • @Stargazer4ever15 Pope Pius XI condemned NFP. You are a heretic for saying its "not bad."

  • The Beautiful Mass. The Perfect Mass. The True Mass. The Catholic Mass. We will return to it as the world falls further into darkness. Our Sacraments are slowly, but surley returning to us. Not by the Church, but by our own insistance.

  • @wavertree558 In defense of the Latin Mass, one can't help but ask why God would choose it as the only expression of the Christian faith for 1800 years and then suddenly change His mind.

  • @lomertamahon1 the only mind that changed was the European church hierarchy. The response to the two world wars was one of complete rejection of the institutions that advanced Europe. By destroying the Mass and Sacraments they destroyed the RC Church and by extension the idea of family, of love of ones culture, heritage and country. Now - a negative birthrate seals our cultures fate.

  • @lomertamahon1 There are other rites that are valid, in particular the Eastern rites. The Byzantine right (among others) is valid and it is not the exact same as the TLM

  • @wavertree558 You're crazy.

Roman Catholicism = Whore of Babylon

Investigative Judgement has commenced in 1844 (1st Angel's Message)

Ellen G. White, 1827-1915 = End-time Prophet Sent of God

7th-day Sabbath = Seal of God

  • No, trolls are Masonic. I was just trying to warn people that if their god is a fire, they will spend eternity with that god. This is why JP II kisses the Koran- it's the same Masonic club after 1958. Well, whatever, good luck, you'll figure it out the hard way.

  • @Born2Flesh The Catholic Church is not responsible for anything you mentioned.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I disagree with some of your statements, but to this we can completely agree. Pax Christi.

  • Pray the Rosary. Always.

Have Faith in God's mercy. Always.

  • @fatimamovement. All you are doing is spamming this video with your website. I could say other things, but this is your biggest error on YouTube.

God bless the Roman Pontiff. God bless His Holy Church. God bless the Reform of the Reform!

  • @AgentSAMa

Your Vatican II Sect worships Allah and his initiate, Jesus. The Catholic books, bibles, enyclopedia and Dogma (and the saints) tried to preserve something that you easily throw away. I'll stay away from your Reform of the Deformation. I preserve to keep the testimony of Jesus Christ. But that is what gets destroyed as the new order religion and its consequence are "Revealed". I see what side of the line in the sand you are on. Good luck to you.

  • @fatimamovement Oh you're on a roll. Thanks for the late-night trolling. I needed something entertaining tonight. And look what we've got: strawmen, ad hominem, and a youtube troll who contradicts himself with every post. How amusing. Pax Christi.

  • talk about perfection in everything!

  • Catholicism is the Mass and the Sacraments. The Mass was destroyed in 1962 and the required Sacramental Form was destroyed in 1944. Sorry, it's over. The Church is in a state of auto-demolition as Paul VI stated in 1968. Of course it looks legitimate, but that's how Lucifer wants it. If you want the ability to stand when the punishment comes, UNDERSTAND THE THIRD SECRET OF FATIMA.

    The stunning evidence is on FATIMAMOVEMENT d o t c o m

Rome has until Aug. 17, 2011 when it will be destroyed.

  • @fatimamovement What happens aug 17?

  • @fatimamovement are you a sedevacantist?

  • @1917fatima I guess you could say I'm an educated sedevacantist. The tactics are on FATIMAMOVEMENT d o t c o m. Just remember the goal of the brotherhood that is doing this to the Church from within is to have the world unbaptized, believing that Christ isn't God anymore.

  • @fatimamovement Do you follow "Pope Michael"?

  • @1917fatima No, sorry, nobody should follow that guy. There is no pope. I guess you have to study for the priesthood to understand- so many people are following these Vatican II invalid priests into Hell and don't see it. That's why they'll be condemned for their pride and false knowledge. At least they were warned. It seems people like shiny things and pretty scarlet and purple robes more than the truth. It's hard to go against the crowd, and their three keys to the gates of Hell.

  • @fatimamovement I agree with you about Pope Michael, but I do follow Pope Benedict XVI. Also, what makes the Vatican II priests invalid? I thought we have been teaching the same teachings for 2,000 years? Also, the scarlet and purple robes are just tradition and show hierarchy in the Church. Although I am a Roman Catholic and not a sedevacantist, I think sedevacantists are interesting.

  • @1917fatima They changed the rites of ordination of bishops and priests in the 1960's. Believe it or not, the Rites DO work, there is a physical effect. I'm not kidding. If they are done incorrectly, they DON'T work. The baptism rite was changed in 1944-the Holy Spirit is Baphomet, that rite anathamatizes. The Holy Ghost is absolutely required. Basically, subversive Masonic priests destroyed the 7 Seals (Sacraments), destroyed the Mass, the Altars- what's left is the abomination of desolation.

  • Excuse me? I am a catholic who attends a tridentine mass celerated by a "post V-2" priest. God is not stupid; therefore it would be impossible enough to abandon his church on the basis of words! My parish priest is the only traditionalist in a diocese-full of novus ordo clebrants. I have no problem with, nor do I find, the novus ordo or it's priests invalid; that would mean that God has abandoned his church, and we know that that is impossible, since he is GOD!

  • @brndurham Who do you say is God? Think about that one, because you will spend an eternity with your god. If it's a talking, burning bush, you will end up with "yOur Father". The Holy Ghost is the real Father of the Trinity and Our Lady is the Mother of the Trinity, and of course Christ IS God. If you've been duped into praying to the Jealous Fire deity, created by Cabbalists who crucified God, then you will end up in Hell. I suggest you study the warnings of Fatima, they exist for your own good

  • @brndurham Well said! While I do prefer the traditional Rite of Holy Mass, I will not say the Novus Ordo is invalid. To do that would make me a sedevacantist, to follow such a position would be to call our Lord a liar and that his words to St. Peter have become ineffectual. This can never happen and will never happen. Our Holy Father is Pope Benedict XVI, we do have a shepherd, and a wonderful one at that!

  • @rpgabc123 Benedict XVI is not the Pope. He endorses every false religion and says the Jews are not to be seen as responsible for Christ's death. He goes on to assert that NFP is okay and he also says that the "Orthodox" and Protestants are Christians.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 - "He endorses every false religion" -

No he doesn't. He explicitly stated that the Catholic Church is the only faith and the only Church that leads to salvation. This was a few years ago, after his Regensberg speech on Islam.

    - "says the Jews are not to be seen as responsible for Christ's death." -

There were Jews who played thair part in His death, but was it the entire Jewish people? No. And, also don't forget the role the Romans had in Our Lords Passion and death.

  • @TenderTrap86 The Bible says the Jews said "Let His Blood be upon us and our children." Meaning all future generations. The Romans were merely puppets playing their part. Pontius Pilate was coerced into killing Jews by Caiaphas when he said "if you do nothing about this man, you are proving you are no friend of Caesar," So it was their fault. All their fault.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You have no authority whatsoever to speak such harsh words of the Pope. Typical sedevacantist.

  • 'CRUCIFY HIM! HIS BLOOD BE UPON US AND OUR CHILDREN!

    -Jews to Pilate collectively

    Week of 6/18/04 – Apostasy

    Pope JP2

'Today… we are addressing a fervent prayer to the Eternal One, to the God of Shalom, so that enmity and hatred may no longer overpower those who turn to our father, Abraham – Jews, Christians and Muslims'

Jews worship Lucifer, Not CHRIST GOD, and Muslims are Heretics, denying the Trinity.

    Kissing a Koran= Blasphemous. Entering a Synagogue= Blasphemous

    JP2 was an Anti Pope.

  • @StSimonMartyr - "JP2 was an Anti Pope." -

    You're the authority because...

If Cardinal Siri, and other's like him, stayed loyal to JPII, then that's good enough for me.

  • @TenderTrap86

Take a good look at the church, today, and ask yourself, if God would have allowed, a truly saintly pope, to merit instant access into heaven, despite failing to resist the temptations of the secular world!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 - "He goes on to assert that NFP is okay" -

In NFP, the marital act is open to the *possibility of life*. Just ask the many couples who have practiced NFP and had "surprises". What's a better way to realize that husband and wife aren't creators of life? They are only the instruments God uses. Artificial contraceptives say, *no life* is to comes forth from sexual union.

    - "he says Orthodoxand Protestants are Christians." -

They are, in the broad sense of the word.

  • @fatimamovement Yes there is a pope. His name is Benedict XVI.

An let's imagine for just a moment that you're right, even though you're not. The Church has always tought that in order for something to be a mortal sin, it must be grave matter, you must have full knowledge that it's grave, and you must have deliberate consent. How then would we all be going to Hell? We wouldn't!

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o I wonder if you would support Benedict if he destroyed the Vatican II Masonic altars and reverted back to the Catholic Trinity, The Holy Ghost (the Father), Our Lady (the Mother), and Christ (who was, is and ever shall be God). That would be interesting. A bunch of pseudo-1960's Revolutionaries fighting a counter revolution. Of course that will never happen, but it would be interesting.

I'm sorry, but you are Jewish. This isn't Catholic at all. You let it go and you will pay.

  • @fatimamovement Do I understand you correctly? Did you just say that the Blessed Mother is part of the Trinity? You're way out in left field somewhere. You should have full knowledge that what you speak on the Trinity is heresy. The Trinity consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, one god. If you believe that the Blessed Mother is part of the Trinity, you need to look at the CCC, even a much older addition will do.

  • @fatimamovement "et ego dico tibi quia tu es Petrus et super hanc petram aedificabo ecclesiam meam et portae inferi *non* praevalebunt adversum eam". What you're saying is *not* true.

  • @pewpewaliens Freemasonry's objective in the Alta Vendita from 1818 was to have the Church marching under their keys in the name of obedience. You're so obedient to the Vatican II heresy, but apparently don't see it. I guess everyone is going to get what they deserve. Apparently the Saints died over nothing. Sure, everything is fine, let the Masonic Cardinals and Bishops do what they want- What's next- baptisms in the name of Mickey Mouse? Where there is no hatred of heresy, there is no holiness

  • @pewpewaliens I get so frustrated with these Sedevacantists, who think they know more than the Pope, and most of them have a bad attitude towards anyone who even slightly disagrees with them. Could it be that they think that "tu es Petrus" refers to each and every individual one of them? They definitely don't have a very Christian attitude towards their brothers and sisters in Christ. I've met one of them personally, and there seemed to be absolutely no humility in her at all.

  • All glory be to God. Forever and ever. In all eternities. Amen.

  • Bear in mind that there are 22 rites within the universal Catholic church. While the Roman Rite is the largest, it is only one of the 22. The Tridentine Latin Mass is beautiful, but it is not the only way to worship God. The Eastern Rites, all of which are in communion with the Pope in Rome, have never used it. Byzantine Catholics use the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, the Maronites use the Liturgy of St. James, and so on.

  • Now THAT'S an altar! Makes todays "tables" look insipid by comparrison.

  • There is a great deal of the Mass cut out why? Just a few mins of such more beauty and adoration of God. Why! Oh sorry nothing was Cut out of the Mass! Oh yes there was the Credo was cut short esp. the most important part in which we all kneel and in adoration esp on Easter Sundays Mass that is evil thing to do!

  • @GrandMasterFreshMpls I follow the true Popes down through the centuries, not a man who wears the Jewish star of david on his mitre or prays with pagans, protects pedophiles, and allows contraception. The Catholic Church hates all of these things. And because you follow Antipope Benedict XVI, who denies all of this, you agree with what he says, which is against Catholic teaching. So you are not Catholic.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 The Church doesn't all of a sudden stop being the Church just because you don't agree with it.

  • @GrandMasterFreshMpls The Church still exists in a faithful remnant of those who hold onto the Old Ways. They are the true Church. St. Athanasius said "even if the Church were reduced to a handful, and one true priest, they would be the true Church of Christ on earth." Vatican II is not valid and you need to come out of it to save your soul. Go to vaticancatholic(dot)com

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Sedevacantists talk about the Church being attacked from within, and I think it's true to an extent, but Sedevacantists are just as much a part of that as liberals and progressives. Believe me...I can tell you from personal experience with people who lean that way.

Mass is Mass, whether it's the OF or EF. I like them both, though I prefer to receive our Lord in the EF.

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o No. The Old Mass in not the same as the new. The Words have been changed in the Consecation. In the True Mass it is "for you and for many." In the blasphemous invalid novus ordo it's "for you and for all" meaning all people go to Heaven. That is heresy. Words have been changed around in the "new mass" so as not to offend Jews and other Non Catholics. Pope Innocent III declared that a sacrament does not actually happen without the poper spoken words.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Wrong. The words of the canon of the Mass are still the same in the OF as in the EF. They were just mistranslated when they were translated into English. The new, and correct translation goes into effect this coming Advent. The Latin base was never changed.

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o You are the one that's wrong. Don't sit there acting like you know what you talking about. Antipope John XXIII knew what he was doing. When a priest read it the traditional way, John XXIII stopped the whole mass and said "no, read it the new way." So don't give me that lie that it hasn't changed.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Please look at the Latin version of the OF, AKA the Novus Ordo, then look at the EF, AKA the Tridentine Mass. The words of consecration are exactly the same. The current English translation for the OF, which will be replaced this coming Advent, is wrong. The error is corrected in the upcoming new English translation. The Latin words for the part you're talking about are "pro multis" either way.

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o Error? It has been 40 years since the new Mass was promulgated, and they are just now discovering an error in translation? If you examine the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, you will notice a striking similarity between it and the new Mass. I think there was a deliberate attempt at conformity in the hope that intercommunion might result. Of course, with women priests and gay bishops, that is not likely now, so the Roman Rite might as well go back to its authentic Mass!

  • @mindspring57 I have no idea why the problem wasn't discovered until recently. It has been addressed though, and as I've said before, it will officially be fixed this coming Advent.

And speaking of Episcopalians, it seems that more and more of them are getting fed up with the liberals and progressives, and are turning to Rome.

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o The only logical conclusion is that no one wanted to "discover" it until now. There is only one possible way to translate, "et cum spiritu tuo," and it is not "and also with you."

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o In the 1960's, after the vernacular was permitted in Roman Mass, I was given a First Holy Communion missal, and it translated "et cum spiritu tuo," as "and with thy spirit," which was actually used in English versions of the Mass in the 1960's. In 1970, when the final changes were made, "and also with you" became the way it was done. Thus, the "error" was clearly deliberate. I still have the missal somewhere.

  • @mindspring57 You may be right, but it's really a moot point with the new translation coming out and all. I know that there was a lot of misinterpretation of Vatican II going on just after the council, and some of that misinterpretation may have been deliberate.

I have no idea why the translation errors were overlooked until now, but I'm so glad they're being fixed!

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o If the church would just tell the truth, on the issue of the missal and other matters, it would be a lot better off.

  • @mindspring57 If anyone purposefully did anything wrong, it was probably on the national level, and not the Church as a whole. Before you accuse the Church of lying, please back up your claim with credible sources.

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Church in Ireland, it is with great concern that I write to you as Pastor of the universal Church. Like yourselves, I have been deeply disturbed by the information which has come to light regarding the abuse of children and vulnerable young people by members of the Church in Ireland, particularly by priests and religious. (to be continued)

  • @LouisvilleTorn8o . . . I can only share in the dismay and the sense of betrayal that so many of you have experienced on learning of these sinful and criminal acts and the way Church authorities in Ireland dealt with them." -- Pope Benedict XVI -- Pastoral Letter to Catholics in Ireland, taken from the Vatican's website

"the way Church authorities in Ireland dealt with them" ... just what do you suppose His Holiness is talking about? They covered it up.
