  • where can i by that little red cemra :o :D`?

  • @headcamguycom how heavy is the stabaliser without he camera on. i made one but am having troble geting the right weight to make it stable

  • hahah, you're walking in circles

  • not that steady.. very bad results

  • What size rods did you use and do the threaded steel rods go all the way up the pvc pipe or is most of the weight at the bottom half of the pvc pipe legs?

  • It seems that there's not enough room for your right hand when you hold the rig.

Would quality change if there was more room for your hand?....directly under the camera plate.

    Thanks

  • excellent result! im glad to see you improved on the design slightly. props to the ingenuity. the footage looks very good! try using a really loose easy grip on the steadicam. Let all the jitter get absorbed in your wrist, arm and shoulder it will help a lot. Love the camera rig

  • Yay! The pvc pipe connectors arrived me today, (ebay > all), I connected them with the pvc pipe pieces and actually the result is marvellous. All in all it cost me about 20 EUR, soon I'll make a tutorial with my measures (mm/kg) for our European friends :-) Btw. I used a camera quick shoe (which luckily fitted 100% on my t-connector) instead of a base plate and it works quite good.

Convey my thanks to Ben&Brad again!

[850$ Merlin, what's the point of that again? xD]
