  • Whats up! Has anyone thought about DietOramy diet system (search google)? I have got word some outstanding tips regarding it and my papa decreased large quantities of body fat with it.

  • I've found DietOramy dieting (you'll find it on Google) - that plan is really mind-blowing, I 'm never depriving myself and I am yet losing extra fat - the key is in diverse groups of nutrition, absolutely not in calorie consumption...

  • Video is quite motivated in away that one who is just sick of seeing the same figures on weighing machine since long, they get a chance to feel positive vibes in themselves. But i wanted to know one thing from Ashley n from all those who claimed to have reduce good amount of lbs during this diet, did they only notice change in weight on weighing machine or they see the result in their b ody specialy on fat areas. any change in body statistics...?

  • if your gunna do it for a month do it one week then skip the next and do then next so on and so forth i lost 35 pounds by going on and off the diet

  • @bristay1 kinda depends on what you like i didnt really like it but i kept to it but it gains back easy because you loose the water weight and you got to keep on excersising

  • I have lost 40 pounds the good old fashion way. Eating through outt he day eating some bread but mainly veggies lean protein and fruit and water and of course weight working out but i have only around 20 to go and I want a jump start to kill plateu. u think i will lose 10 if i only have 20 to go or more likely 10? and...do you think i can still work out some on it to lose more? maybe take some whey protein and carb pre and post work out and do some weights and like 20 mins cardio?

  • Therefore, losing 12 pounds/7 days - year right! Really you're not any skinner, you just THINK you are. Losing water is only good if you're hypertensive, on steroids, estrogens or any other medications that promote water retention. Yes I know I sound mean, but I feel so bad when I see countless videos on youtube about how they "lost" weight. Losing weight is a long-term and PAINFUL process and even with exercise it'll take months. I would understand this more than anyone and I hate it

  • Okay -This whole thing about losing all this weight is in your head!! Think about it for ONE sec. 1 pound = 3500 calories. For a woman your body's basic needs=900-1200 calories a DAY (men not much more). Even my brother who is 190 pounds of muscle (yes less than 15% body fat) needs around 3K calories. So most of this weight you THINK you are losing is just WATER! Even if you worked out there is NO HUMAN way possible to lose more than 1 pound a day

  • @YunaIesca yes it is mainly water weight but i think for some people it will help them feel like they achevied something and jump start a good diet. but only if they are aware that it is a FAD diet and you must impliment healthy lifestyle and working out. I want to do it to jump start. I did one diet for 2 weeks and lost like 10 and after i ate the slow healhty way and lost 30 more with no fad and it STAYED off for 3 years now still. so it depends but i mean you ARE right . many are not aware

  • You dummies. Scientifically you cannot lose more than 0.3 kg of fat day even if you starve. Its all about calories in and out. If you use 10,000 kj a day, you need to use up36,000 kj to lose a kg of fat.. What you lost was water... It will be back in a few days. Still not bad to lose say 0.2 kg a day... unless you run your ass off in this week.

  • I tried this for a few days until I got bored but I am willing to try again and keep it going for the whole week as I need to lose weight for my ball coming up soon. I just got really bored with the taste after having it every meal time, how did you get past that? What was your motivation? Was this just from the soup or did you exersise too?

    I just finished the CSD, and I only lost 5 lbs, but I thought it was easy, and it was definitely the best way to kick start the rest of my dieting.

  • master cleanse SUXXXX. I hate that diet. I would NEVER ever do that to myself again! See my post. Gabriel method works great for long term weight loss. My friends all do this weight management from another guy who has a book where you eat 6 times a day anything you want in portions. This is my recommendation if you seriously want to shed pounds: Start with Garbriel method: eat a small salad with flax oil every meal, graduate when it gets colder (seasonal) to the cabbage soup for a week

  • You just need to exercise after you finish the diet and keep eating healthing to maintain the weight off. Thats pretty much it.

  • Well you're ment to exercise with this diet, but you may feel light headed

  • Def not do not do this for a long period of time, its no meant to be a long term diet, its only for a week, but after that you need to exercise sou you can keep the weight off.

    Yes you will lose it without excercise and also it's not good to do so with this diet as its very restricted on calories,,,,,my best tips is to have diff spices so u get diff taste everytime u cooking it...good luck"

  • When I first did this diet I lost about 13lbs. When I went back to my regular diet I gained most of the weight back, quick. I think it depends on the person and how much they are willing to excersize and control what they eat calorie wise. What I do like about this diet is the cleansing effect it has on the body as demostrated by his complexion. I don't think it's a hard diet to follow but a multi-vitamin per day might be a good idea.

  • Well ive done this diet twice now and gained most if not all of the weight back afterwards. Its good for a quick weight loss but im not sure its good for the long term. Good luck though! x

  • You must keep in mind that this diet is also to help you to change your way of eating. You cannot go back to your old eating habbits in order to keep the weight off.

    Tomorrow im going to start a SOUP diet. I shall have a breakfast bar + a can of soup ( about 165 cal) a day.

    Will this result the same way as the cabbage diet?

  • Im not sure how many calories are in the soup. 165 cal a day in my opinion is not enough for you to function properley. Go to the website and follow the plan to be safe and just substitute the cabbage soup for another low calorie soup like minestrone! Hope thats helpful.

  • I really am happy for you losing the weight. Unfortunately, I started on the cabbage soup deit and then ended up avoiding food entirely because the weightloss slowed down. Now I'm an anorexic and I've been put into clinics for it in the past.

    So i only reccommend that ppl do this if they want to lose a few pounds - but like u said - not if someone wants to lose alot of weight. Then it becomes dangerous. I'm gettin better everyday - ur looking great by the way xx

  • I used normal onions and instead of lipton soup mix which i think is an american ingreidient i used vegetable stock. Hope that helps! Good Luck! x

  • I too used normal onions and veg stock. Lipton's is an American instant soup that is full of chemicals. I did add 1/4 cup soy sauce. I have to say that I thought the end soup was nice
