i habe to say, as an educator, I have been trying to get my eigth grade students to appreciate the history of MLK. And while the process is slow its nice to see that there are people in the world who seem to still appreciate what he did not only for minorities but the entire nation.

Critical thinking class is the bomb. Put that stuff in your thinking process. Logic really helps cut through the political spin and garbage and get through to the truth.
It is very easy for people to be fooled by faulty logic to their own detriment. It will help to see right through the politicians smokescreens and the political science professors bull too. Believe me they are going to feed you some bull, they did it to me.
