I know this video is old, but I just recently discovered your channel. It sounds like the reason you get achy when you eat cooked food Is mental. You think you should feel crappy when eating brown rice, therefore you do feel crappy when eating brown rice.
@sassymatazzy I think you are partly right about that. I'm doing much better now, eating more cooked food and not worrying about it so much. Thank you for your feedback and for watching. :)
Why not place your rebounder right beside your computer, so every time you have to think about something you could do so while bouncing. Or at least every hour take a couple of minutes away from the computer and force your self on the rebounder.
Sorry to hear about the Norwalk juicer, it's always a gamble on eBay. If it's an electrical problem the juicer should still be ok. Have you talked to a handyman?
@norxcontacts Thanks so much. I talked to a Norwalk repair guy on the phone. He walked me though some steps to determine the problem. It needs special replacement parts. I would send it to be repaired but the case is still held up in dispute and I can't do anything with it until it's settled. I should know by tomorrow. Thanks for watching :)
That's really crappy about the juicer. When you get it returned and the money back, look into an Angel Juicer, new they're around $1000 but they're a completely steel twin gear juicer (but longer gears than the green star).
@SecretsOfLongevity Thank you. I have never heard of them. I really love the norwalk. Next time I will probably buy a new one. I need a car first though.

Walk 10,000 steps/day and you'll feel better.
