That "fair tax" will be levied at every level of exchange. When a product moves it will be taxed. You will pay for it when you buy anything at all, some choice. It will also require every business to become a tax collector. It won't eliminate the IRS, it will just change their focus to harassing more small businesses than they do now. You will pay for that compliance because business must allow for that expense. Taxation is THEFT period. If you don't think so, try not paying them.

Hell NO, it means more profits for their shareholders. The WTO is responsible for the unbalanced imports/export taxes.
