Matt is a very good drummer, but everyone in the Appetite lineup added a real edge to the music, and none of them could ever be replaced. Thats why the Use Your Illusion albums lacked the spirit of Appetite and Lies even though they were full of great songs. And once Izzy was gone, well that was it for me, game over, and I mean no respect to the others, or to Gilby Clarke, but a rhythm player and songwriter like that could never be replaced.

yea i know right when i saw gnr live in 88 91 and 92 they changed alot but hey u know thats gnr the thing that destroyed gnr was axls ego he was an egomaniac gnr was so big that axl became so center of the band like duff and izzy said in an interview in 2008 gnr changed there point of view in later years
