But Xenoblade is the only first party game of these three awesome games thus Nintendo owns everything there. I am not completely sure about who owns what in Pandora's Tower and The Last Story :/

Oh and according to wikipedia, TLS is coming to NA this summer! :)

If you want this to get a North American release, look up Operation Rainfall. They have a campaign dedicated to getting Xenoblade, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower released in NA.
