Hey, for his second form, you can make sure he doesn't uses his attack with the 4 red boomerangs. To do that, you have to be on the wall when you throws his scythe at you. This way the scythe lands on the wall and he'll do his laser eye beam attack.

My opinion about this game is not so high as i expected - first anime intro was promising, but in flow of game it havent was realised - Megaman X4 is not long, final stages is very short , final sigma is too annoying. Voice acting is terrible, and ending is boring.
