I found several of these "worms" which are the same exact size of and look just like a dried rosemary leaf in my bed, on my pillow and on the floor next to my bed. I assume they came from me as many morgies have seen "insects", insect parts or "pseudo insects" exiting their skin. I once saw a "wing" unfurl from my chest. I also had a flea exit from my ankle.
