Everything Counts - Sweat the Small Stuff

Yeah sweat the population right now that can't get jobs and I'm not talking about the higher up jobs I'm talking about cleaning up shit, not with a felony because the part of the problem everyone is over looking is on the low end 1/4 of the population has been locked up and were the only country in the world who locks up that many of our own people. Now shouldn't it relate to the crime when doing a back ground check.
