She needs to avoid drinking alcoholic drinks, sleeping too late at nite, so on.

also she needs a break, vocal rest, and more intensive vocal lesson..

and I think there's none else who can help her to practice on vocal lesson besides her mom, Patricia.

Mariah said I'm an interview that she has had nodules since she was a child and has always sang physically through the nodules which is why her tone is so unique. If you remove them it's arguable that she may lose her tone in total. I say keep them. She may have lost a lot of her voice but that has never stopped her from selling millions of albums!

@crazy2hazy You are quite wrong. Shes been singing with nodules since forever, and singing with nodules is unhealthy, everytime you sing you are damaging your voice. If you keep doing that the damage gets irreversible, and that is what happened to her, she did not sound exellent, she sounded BETTER than other times.

No she sounded great here, she just wasn't singing that much to preserve her voice. She can reduce the size of the nodules or even make them disappear with enough rest and treatment, so she can still sound very good.

just by way of information any singer that does of alot of singing needs to go on vocal rest. are you aware that taiking does more damage to the voice than singing. once you a singer you need to rest your voice enough so that it would not be damaged from over singing. check out how your voice works and voice care and you will see that
