Pot is classified as a narcotic, stimulant and hallucinogen. Research has shown that, in chronic users, marijuana's adverse impact on learning and memory can last for days or weeks after the acute effects of the drug wear off. As a result, someone who smokes marijuana every day may be functioning at a suboptimal intellectual level all of the time.

And research how opium led to the downfall of Imperial China.

  • @FreedomInAmerica The same could be said of alcohol and most prescription pain medication's effect on learning and memory. Considering I'm more and more convinced that you're operating at a suboptimal intellectual level right now, there are bigger things to worry about than weed.

Also, really? Opium? How about isolationist policy, being conquered several times by Manchurians or Mongolians, and exploitation by militarily superior European powers?

  • @FreedomInAmerica You're also confusing marijuana with opium, which are not the same thing. Opium and poppies are used to create heroin, which is highly addictive, a quality pot does not share, and has many serious health risks associated with use, another quality pot does not share.

The Arizona shooter, Jared Loughner was a left-wing pothead. In order for a true mental illness to be diagnosed one must be clean for two years for brain chemistry to normalize enough for a proper diagnosis. The left is trying to blame it entirely on mental illness now that it has been established that he was a liberal. (see my About Me for link)

    .

At first the left not only blamed Palin & Beck for the shooting but campaigned to revoke Palin’s right to freedom of speech.

  • @FreedomInAmerica Clearly you have no understanding of the effects of marijuana use. Usually, when people get high, they just sit there. Arguably, it's more harmless than alcohol. Both impair judgment and perception, but alcohol doesn't make people fatigued. You're ignoring the hundreds of thousands of shootings yearly correlated with alcohol use, and your correlation of "liberal" with "violent" is idiotic.

If you had to be clean for 2 years, alcohol alone would invalidate most adults.

On 12 January 2011, the Mexican government unveiled a new database giving a total of 34,612 people killed over the past four years. This total included suspected drug gang members, members of the security forces as those considered innocent bystanders

    .

We're mourning the loss of six in Az shooting. Just imagine if that crap crossed the border.

  • @FreedomInAmerica Over 30,000 Americans every year are killed in car accidents, and yet you do not ban cars do you? YOU, don't like weed, okay fine whatever, no one is forcing you to smoke it, but what's wrong with legalizing it and giving people a choice? That is freedom, to have the ability to choose. Lot's of things (as humans) are bad for us e.g. alcohol, chocolate, salt, even cow's milk etc. Yet we would never think about banning these things would we?

  • @FreedomInAmerica Legalizing marijuana would cripple Mexican illegal drug cartels much in the same way that getting rid of prohibition reduced the power and influence--and most importantly, revenue--of the bootlegging racket (Capone mafia) in 1933. Even if the drug cartels kept control of the means of production and distribution, there would no longer be any motive to engage in the violent illegal behavior necessary to manage a drug smuggling operation.

  • I'm not allowed to stand up for myself? I thought this was America, huh? isn't this America? I'm sorry I thought this was America.

  • Everytime someone mentions Marijuanna, Obama just laughs, and ignores the comment or question. I think its just because he thinks if he makes it legal he would get shot. Which is total bullshit, the only real argument to this would be the raise in tobacco company sales, because we all know they would most likely be growing it.

    topix.com/issue/marijuana

  • how far is the usa in debt? couple trillion? how much is can be made from marijuana? couple billion? u do the math. the usa is run by dinosaurs that just wana line their pockets.

  • To bad our politicians would never try to appeal prohibition because it would cut the flow of cash their lining their pockets with. Putting millions of people in prison and jails keeps privitized prisons full. It's a slave labor market and we are the slaves. Not to mention the huge budgets branches of governement like the DEA recieve each year in order to fight the drug war. Heroin production in Afghanistan makes up for 80% of all heroin that comes into US.

  • And why people who want to buy cannabis MUST intercourse with a mafia, thereby putting themselves at risk and are wary of police persecution? Is it not better if they ACQUIRE Cannabis special place by the State. Where are DIRTY MONEY? Why ordinary people can not engaged in this business, plant seeds, watered, grow, harvest, delivered to the state and thereby earn a living CLEAN MONEY.

  • Ain't nothin but old dumb ass racist white people have this claim...and Obama is a fuckin uncle Tom! Weed was made illegal because white folks thought that it would cause white women to seek interrelations (sex) with black musicians. N Obama ain't no better...looka his lips...black as Wesley snipes n shit but he ain't in favor!! I'm sorry I voted fa his ass!!! Hilary shud have won the democratic election...I'd rather have ol racist ass McCain in office...at least he didn't deny his racism rathe

  • just do it! "Nike" i dont have to worry about my dealer anymore if it gets legalized =)

  • I was busted with 4 ounces of marijuana in Indiana and surprisingly shortly after received a letter in the mail from Indiana Department of Revenue telling me that I owed $8,900 in taxes on that 4 ounces of marijuana. They charged me $40.00 a gram and doubled it because I failed to report it and pay the tax on it. Of course I have never paid it and never will! No telling how much they will say that I own them now, since this was over seven years ago. Might as well legalize it!

    Continued ...

  • Some states are taxing it already! If they would legalize it, the states that tax marijuana already will have the problem of changing the tax on it, since no one would pay $40.00 a gram in taxes on it.

  • ok people marijuana is not bad at all what so ever if we had pot legalize we would have more jobs if we legalize weed easy u and then the hemp tht comes from marijuana could be used for almost anything cloths food all sorts of things if u dis weed then ur a fucking re tarted and you need to go smoke a bowl get happy then judge about it most ppl who say they hate pot and tht its bad have never even smoked. if any one whats to keep this debate up email me ill shut u the fuck up with what i kno 420

  • lou and casey don't seem concerned about the threat of reefer madness that may sweep across america. it looks they are trying not to smile. don't they realize this could upset the status quo? what will happen if everyone gets stoned?

will anyone want to fight a war? also this could hurt the pharmaceutical industry drug profits and what about the criminal incarceration industry. if pot is legal, how will the jail cells be filled?

  • Consume will increase? who da fuck told those journalists that? HEre in Europe more exacly in Holand weed is legal as everybody knows, and they have the lower % of smokers in WHOLE european union. GET OVER IT. IF U CAN DRINK WHINE, WHY WE CANT SMOKE WEED?

  • Legalization with Regulation is the way you control something because if people want to do something bad enough they'll find a way to do it. But with Regulation you at least have some control on how something is done.

  • addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict addict

  • To the guy at the end, just think about the logic , if you have 5 problems and someone takes 1 away. Wouldn't that make less of a problems?

  • pot should remain criminal.

  • AMERICAN DEATH FACTS(per year)! · Deaths per year resulting from tobacco: 430,000 · Deaths per year resulting from legal drugs: 106,000 · Deaths per year resulting from alcohol: 100,000 · Deaths per year resulting from aspirin: 180 - 1000 · Deaths that have ever occurred in direct result of Cannabis: 0 War on Drugs results in the arrest of 1 million Americans each year. Your tax money is spent on maintaining and expanding the prison infrastructure required to continue this policy

  • Free Marc Emery

  • YOU CAN'T LEGALIZE ALHOCHOL AND THEN NOT LEGALIZE MARIJUANA... I WILL NOT GO TO JAIL BECAUSE I SMOKE POT! THAT IS UNJUST!

  • In 2008, California police made 78,500 arrests related to marijuana

  • 1:02 has no eyes

  • That old guy that talks funny his eyes are dark like some one possesed except evin darker

  • Just because you Prohibit something doesn't mean it goes away its just done in hiding and on the Black Market. If people want to do something bad enough they'll find a way to do it whether its Legal or not no matter the consequences.

But if you Legalize but Regulate Marijuana we could bring it out in the open and control how its used and sold.

Marijuana is just stronger then Tobacco so we should Legalize but Regulate it and save those resources to combat Dangerous Criminals instead.

  • @Horrorfan309

people should be able to decide for their own which drugs they use,

i've got to know myself from some interesting points of view thanks to marijuana.

i bet you're one of those typical people that assume all the nonsense they hear about marijuana is a fact, tell me, what harm will THC inflict on my body, besides attacking cancer cells, easing pain of the ill, help with asthma, MS and epilepsy?

  • 0:58 lol at his voice

  • Nitrous is legal and it's sold in porn shops as "whip cream cannisters".

  • if you look at cost of jailing all none violent drug offenders that isn't cheap for the tax pay either atleast the other way we can tax and regulate rather then it running underground in the black market, state tax and regulation would do a lot more the people then this stone age prohibtion law we have now.

  • There won't be more long term users, but it may appear that way because once the legal ramifications are lifted, people feel a lot more free to be HONEST about their user instead of lying about it. I'd love to know the REAL stats of consumption, because I think what we see is still a reduced percentage due to fear of ramifications. Marijuana is here to stay, ain't going away.

  • Law enforcement has its head up its ass when it comes to pot. My son was busted with a pipe in his car and got six months in county jail (first time offender). What the hell is going on with the legal system? This country needs an immediate overhaul of the legal system. Our prisons are full of non-violent offenders (mostly pot offenders). Good god what a bunch of idiots.

  • These fucks are talking about legalizing marijuana. I sell weed why would I want it to be lagalized? If it is legalized what will I do? get a job to work as a slave for someone, LOL!

If they legalize marijuana it's only going to make it hard for people like me. Keep marijuana illegal! I will always vote to keep weed illegal to keep money in my pocket, because if it is legalized it'll be sold in stores which means people will not have to buy it from me on the street.

    Fags!

  • @cumonjusttouchit u dont sell shit! if u did u wouldnt talk about it on youtube like a fuckin dumbass... go sell yay or sum

  • We import 100% of the hemp used in this country. What about the benefits of not only the herb, but the fiber as well?

  • @TranshumanCyborg I totally respect the open mindedness

  • It sounds like I am supporting legalization, but I would never agree to such a thing. My family has been ravaged by drug use and alcoholism. I HATE DRUGS of any kind, even medical.

  • @CPPTutorialsCPP: Just because you have a vendetta against drugs doesn't mean you have to pass it on to everyone else. If it gets legalized, you DON'T have to smoke it. But if we want to, we should be allowed.

  • @CPPTutorialsCPP first off im sorry to read about your family being ravaged by drugs but should I be sent to jail for smoking pot i have no record have never hurt any one why should i be sent to jail? because it hurts me by that logic lets go round up all the fat people up and throw them in jail to hell while were at might as well ban porn, fast food, booze .tabaco cars and so on

  • All this talk about more people would use it, of coarse they will, but that would be no more people smoking because minors won't be allowed to smoke it until they are 21. They will face penalties if they are caught. Right now it is an underground market and the kids all have anyway. The DEA can focus their efforts on more important issues and actually solve somethings instead of dragging it out for their own profits. They are being criminals about this situation.

  • you all just want to get high...that's why you want to legalize...

  • @CPPTutorialsCPP You all wanted to get drunk. That's why they legalized alcohol. What is your point?

  • @rich2rock I don't drink, nor will I ever, so that logic wont apply to me...

  • @CPPTutorialsCPP When it becomes legal, you don't have to do it. Don't let the paranoia fool you. It has been used since the prohibition, so where are all the deaths now from it? The last people need is to continue this stupid prohibition and get to more important things, like maybe corporate corruption.

  • yeah kinda, also im in college and it'd give me a chance to take classes that aren't getting withdrawn because of the school funding deficit.

Why do people care if its legalized? because people will smoke? What if they do? What possible downside could there be to anyone who already doesn't smoke? Will they pick it up and start? If they do there hipocrites and if they don't.. its a free country

  • @Wutangforlife111 The problem here is that legalization will make it socially acceptable, but only matters if someone has a moral objection to it like I do. The interesting think that will happen if marijuana is decriminalized is a decrease in usage among teens, smaller prison population, loss of revenue for gangs & crime syndicates, regulation, taxation, safer usage. Portugal decriminalized drug possession and these effects were noted....

  • sounds like you have abusers in your family... im sorry. But that is not the drugs fault. Drugs have always existed, always. Its the choice to abuse them that makes society cringe. Just because there are abusers doesnt need to ruin it for the rest of the country. Some people eat fast food till they have diabetes and die, but should i protest hamburgers? Try to think logically and without bias and i think you will have a change of heart. My dad got killed in a car accident but i don't protest BMW

  • believe it or not you will or already have smoked pot in your life. does it dramatically change america. no, it doesn't. there would be the same amount of people smoking it if it was legalized then if it wasnt.

  • @ZaCHwII7 Actually, not that I don't feel for the youth, but they won't able to smoke it till they turned 21. So they would be less smoking it. People will still do things that aren't allowed, that won't change. If I was caught drinking before I turned 21, I was busted. That is what will happen now with pot.

  • Thats bullshit. of course that lady said "DRUGS" were not talking about legalizing drugs. just weed. Never heard of some guy smoking a blunt going home and beating thier wife and kids within and inch of life have we. But when someone says legalize. people laugh.

  • How fucking sad. No wonder the drug policy advisor to the Bush administration claims the costs will be bigger for society than the money earned from taxing pot. The truth is however, that it won't be! There won't necessarily be any growing in people smoking it either, if legalized. It didn't happen in Holland where it's sold and tolerated, and the fact of the matter is that even heavy pot users need nowhere near the amount of social services that heavy alcohol users need.

  • People arn't in charge of all 5 of their senses? HAHAHA! that guy has never smoked pot before.

  • I support legalization

  • Lou sounds drunk.

  • marijuana gets such a bad rap. zero violence has been caused as a result of marijuana. and what fuckin social problems does it cause? theres nothing!

  • seriously dude a "study" like a scientific study. i think your making shit up. im pretty sure there was no study where they tested and interviewed "drive by-ers" cite me this study and ill believe you. oh and by the way its not only african american men who commit drive bys you fuckin racist.

  • Thank you! that guy is an idiot!

  • @dxmoe a study of african american men who go out and do drive-bys.. haha.. thats so funny! and not true. just because some movie you watched had some guys smoke some weed before he did something violent doesnt mean that people get violent while high. they sit back watch tv and eat cheetos then get fat. you need to understand the economic benefit to the taxation of marijuana. dont believe everything you see on tv.. and dont watch tv, its bad for you. :)

i dont smoke, but i can see the benefit

  • you obviously need to work on your spelling. Marijuana makes people more peaceful. The people you speak of in your study were probably using more than just marijuana, and even if they weren't they would have done their "drive-by" anyway. Also, I seriously doubt that was ever even a real study, because it just sounds ridiculous. Also, there is no such thing as a "pyschaoic drug", it's not even a word. get your shit right.

  • Thats it? All they showed was two asshats who are against it then cut the clip?

    what shit

  • there is no need for drugs if you can smoke weed....

  • hey why not at least try legalizing it for awhile.

  • That's exactly what I've been saying! Legalize it for a couple of years, and if the country goes to hell(which we all know it won't), then make it illegal again. They've done it before(in the late 60's or early 70's I think). But of course the only reason they made it illegal again was some bullshit reason, not because society broke down or anything like that.

  • wtf social problems?? only side effects of weed are hungry happy sleepy none of witch are bad

  • just marijuana is good, quit mentioning other drugs sheesh marijuana is the reason im healthy/skinny and not have colds like my classmates

  • Legalize Mary J!!

  • so i watched a video of obama saying he isnt in favor of legalizing marijuana. i thought it was funny how everybody was laughing in the background when its a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR INVESMENT!! i also love how people say marijuana kills....You stupid fucks when i smoke a blunt im not thinkin about fuckin killin myself or anything, im just kickin back and chillin with my friends! Also people say theres alot of crime on marijuana. well fck yea cause DEA WONT LEAVE US THE FUCK ALONE! legalize it!!!!

  • there not talking about legalizing drugs just marijuana.

it would start the new land rush.

  • One thing I absolutely hate is, the statement "we all KNOW marijuana is bad" or "THE COST OF SOCIETY IF WE ALLOW DRUGS TO BE LEGAL".

by saying drug u group marijuana in with heroin/crack/coke/meth, which are on a whole different level. Marijuana is moer harmless than caffeine, it has been scientifically proven.

Legalize it and stop wasting my f*cking money with your conservative bullsh*t.

  • Tom Ammiano has a funny voice.

  • If California ever legalized weed all the stoners would move their. Then all the other states would have to legalize it to get it people to come back home. :p

Isn't their unclaimed land in California. Maybe it's a rumor but I remember hearing there is land in Cali you can claim because it's rugged and in the middle of nowhere.

  • i would sell my house and move to california and buy a weed shop..............

  • if they rugulate it the will do the same rule with achohol you cnt use it in public

  • Guys if this shit passes, we gotta have a giant pot parade. Just a bunch of people with joints, blunts, bongs, and pipes, walking down the street blazing all day with some Bob Marley jamming. Oh man. PLEEASE let it pass!

  • what is so bad about legalizing marijuana? do you know how many medications marijuana could replace if legalized! you have prescription drugs that are addictive , expensive , and full of side effects some that even result in death. the worst side effect from cannabis: munchies. Wow thats a no brainer . the only people who would be hurt by the legalization of marijuana would be certain pharmaceutical companies. why spend money you dont have for medicine that can do as much harm as it can good?

  • Agree 100%. You hit it on the nail.

  • @fukmesyn the only downside of pot getting legalized is the % of fat/obese in the country will rise cause of the munchies

  • @Zonnza We live in a society that is passively committing suicide. At least this way we'd feel more euphoric while continuing our self-destruction ;)

  • @fukmesyn yeh, thats why so many pharm companies lobby so hard against its legalization. I still cant believe how backwards our system is...

  • Marijuana has never hurt anyone and never will. It makes you happy. Stop living in the past and realize the here and now. Marijuana shouldn't even be classified as a drug it is an herb.

  • i will move my business to california ........

  • People who dont smoke dont do so because its illegal, they dont smoke because they dont want to. Just because something is legal doesnt mean people who had no interest in it b4 are gonna start doing it now. Maybe thats why they dont legalise gay marriage or abortions in some states, it might be the end of the human race, lol.

  • I'm in controll of all five of my senses.

  • UberRogueJuju and

    MelOAyness

    have hella legit points

  • I smoke weed at least four times a day, and if you legalized i wouldnt smoke more, i would just spend less money, yet the government would get more. The US government needs to pull their head out of their ass and realize how much profit they could make off of the unstoppable trade of marijuana.

  • There's really no reason to smoke that many times a day, considering that if you get good weed, the high lasts for 2 to 3 hours. 1 to 2 times a day would be more than enough, to do it more is just a waste of money, unless your getting shit weed.

  • Government wants to keep the controversy over marijuana going, it takes the focus off of the joblessness here in America. Government has a stone-age mentality, that if they shit in one corner, that they'll be able to bunch the "flies" in that same corner and not have them buzzin' round their selective dinner table.

To use the logic that if pot were legalized, there would be an increase in smokers is also bogus, if Micky D's started handing out free burgers, the vegitarians wouldn't change!

  • We already know what will happen if it's legalized, everyone will be happy. I went to Amsterdam and no one was acting crazy. My cab driver was smoking and asked me if I mind. It's no big deal. Legalize it and get some of them people out of jail for bs marijuana charges on top of saving tax dollars for housing them in jail.

  • AMEN

  • the government kills ppl ne fuckin way y dont legalize it shit it doesnt cause cancer u dont overdose so wut does it matter fuck it r economy would ger better

  • lol the guy at 0:57 looks high no wonder they wanna legalize it

  • i would use it only for spiritual proposes.

  • weed causes testicular cancer. and i like to laugh at ppl with cancer that they get based on their own stupid choices. :)

  • my father died of liver cancer he always took care of himself and didn't smoke or drink and led a very active lifestyle i hope you get cancer one day so you can sit in you death bed watching your body waste away and think about what a blatant asshole you are

P.S - don't bother responding to this anyone stupid enough to make a remark such as this i have no further interest in anything else you might say just think next time you speak

  • i hope you get cancer.

    you monster!

  • not proven to cause any cancer

  • This is not NEW. The CA franchise tax board is/has been collecting sales tax revenue from the sales of medical marijuana, this is included in the price that you pay at the dispensary. Gets paid and reported quarterly.

  • Legalize Cannabis

  • FUCK SOCIETY

    LEGALIZE IT

  • I see only one true intellegent individual in this clip. Why does our government insist on killing our people? The only reason it's not legal is because of the amount of money that the government rakes in from radiation treatment and over the counter drugs. Let's take a step towards a healthy and happy country. Stop conviction of innocense. Legalize it.

  • Who wouldn't wanna legalize something that fights cancer? Oh wait our government.

  • actually it cures cancer

look up "run from the cure - Rick Simpson story"

HEMP OIL CURES CANCER and the us govt knew this back in 1974

  • If weed is legalized, we would lose our ability to make money, rich people would become hobos and people would die! Don't have sex either, or you'll die! but alcohol and tobacco are good for society.

    -Bush Administration

    p.s. i like cocaine

  • I literaly fell outa my seat laughing, finaly some insight!!!

  • Call 973-4093274 to vote to legalize weed... Hit pound if u agree!!!! Obama onle needs one million votes to concider~

  • there is more of a problem with achohol in the world. get rid of it then legalize weed

  • Leave it to the Bush people to say something against it.

  • as soon as she came on I was like "christ we need to hear this outdated untrue opinion as gods gospel fact again".

  • to me i think the medical use seems like enough for now. id rather we get it allowed for medical use around the us first, then after we see how it all pans out we can take it onward from there. jus my opinion though.

  • The question is would the federal government respect the state law, they certainly don't in terms of medical marjiuana.

  • what states allow med weed

  • WE WANT THE CHOICE !

if you dont want to smoke weed, no ones asking you to. but don't screw it up for the people who want to do it. everyone must take responsibility for their own bodies ! the police want to put me in jail coz they think i am hurting myself? is that their form of protection? where i will be anal raped and get AIDS. thanks government, thanks for showing you really care.......

    LEGALIZE IT

  • releasin the anger chemical is the most dangerous drug ever and some do abuse it which leads to destroyin they own love chemical from the spirit of God which is the sperm substance and bein angry do increase which becomes a cycle round and round again who can stop being angry?

  • LOL, what are you on? That makes no sense.

  • Gooooo Mexicans :D Bring the green in. But if you would kindly leave coke at the border that would be very nice of you :)

  • Everyone is so excited about the big money 1 plant can bring that all they want is to tax & regulate. Boo you greedy sons of bitches! Hemp is much more important to our planet & the health of the world than medical cannabis, yet it is put on the back burner. Everyone just want's to be free from arrest but , that won't happen with Tax & Regulations. People will still go to jail & prison for not paying taxes & other crimes under new regulations Obama will enforce.Search out the MERP model .

  • More people doing drugs, and more often, if drugs become legal? So, what is wrong with that?

  • the lady around 1:40 does not know ANYTHING ABOUT MARIJUANA.

  • Sooo... is there a problem with financially crippling drug cartels financially? That argument is called appeasing, and I doubt they would like it if called on it.

  • Its amazing, its like were finally winning, all people who have never smoked weed could just go to these youtube forms, never mind the countless other forms, and learn just how safe it is. That lady never stated what 'her' alternitive would be. Bitch!

  • I think that lady is WRONG. Just because its legal doesnt mean we are going to be WORSE than what is going on now. If weed was legal i dont know bout you but i would feel a little better bout working or doing anything bout paying my taxes

  • wow...what a faggot.

  • Every reason they have for keeping it illegal can be proven wrong with scientific and social studies that were paid for with tax dollars by our federal government. They are just delusional enough to believe their own propaganda. Legalize it!

  • MARIJUANA IS THE SAFEST FUCKING DRUG. fucking dumb ignorant people. cartel violence is caused by the prohibition of marijuana. and if it were legalized, it would help a lot of economic problems. and fuck that stupid dumb bitch lol... marijuana causes problems to society?? haha.. oook

  • Comment removed

  • the cost to society, calvina fay? oh like the billions of dollars spent losing a war on drugs as Mexican drug cartels control california

  • She is clueless to what reality is. Mexico is literally slaughtering its citizens in a fight to get drugs to the U. S. Prohibition is fueling all of this violence and crime. Her answers are the same tired non working ideas.

  • illegalize alchohol it turns nice ppl into idiots.1000s of ppl die ever year because of it.

how many ppl die from pot? A BIG FUCKING ZERO

legalize pot its a peace loving drug.

someone wanted to fight me the other day but i was super stoned and i couldnt bring myself to fight them(unless he woulda hit me of course)

  • Can't get tired of saying this:

20% of kids CAN get their hands on Alcohol (with some effort) because it's regulated.

100% of the kids CAN if they want to GET marihuana with NO effort because it's illegal.

    Think lemmings THINK!

    Legilize!

Oh yea and by the way, the main contributor to "drug free america" is the alcohol industry. hello!!!

  • goto c h a n g e . o r g

and sign the petition to legalize marijuana

  • it upsets me how uneducated people are about marijuana. just legalize it already, stop smugglers and create legal jobs for others...

  • Damn man, it's been long enough. People can drink themselves into a psychotic frenzy but I cannot legally kick back an smoke one. Thats BS.

    LEGALIZE IT!!!

  • For your information, if it is legalized, you are going to have to pay a hefty price to be permitted to buy and/or grow, and that will be in addition to the cost of electricity, nutes, and other growing costs. If you choose to grow under the radar, and do get caught, under the new laws-surely harsher-you might also find yourself charged with tax evasion. Now, still think the State has your best interest at heart?

  • i dont care as long as i dont gotta go 2 court anymore i will be fine. better 2 just pay the court

cost in taxes then having 2 get arrested for weed...

  • Completely Agreed, its sad that it has to be that way, forcing the tax. But hey, if its save, I guess I approve.

  • Your kind of thinking should be encouraged. People really do jump on the first sight of anything pleasing, without thinking about the poisons that may be.

  • It depends on how you grow and what type. You dont need any equipment for regs. And they cant go after everyone growing for themself to begin with anyway. There is no tax involved if youre not selling it. Theyve already stated the tax would be 50 bucks an ounce, thats not "hefty". Not to mention prices would drop with the elimination of the black market anyway.

  • Its going to happen. The day to legalize MJ has come. Muahahahahahaha

  • Yeah, I love the fact at how these people are so ignorant about marijuana. Do they realize it's safer then ciggs and booze? And no one has ever died from it?

  • well if people decided not to drink as much and smoke herb instead, I think that not only its wrong to say that people would loose control of their 5 senses, but simply gain more sense. The people that oppose marijuana need to smoke it themselves and see what it's like!
