THE REASON FOR LIP SYNCING SHOW'S LIKE THE PIXELON SHOW, WCW, SUPER BOWL PRE SHOW, WINTER OLYMPICS AND OTHERS, IT IS MUCH EASIER TO SET UP AND QUICKER TO STRIKE, WHEN THE SHOW IS DONE...

IN THESE SITUATIONS, WE HAVE TO HAVE EVERYTHING LOADED OUT IN MINUTES... WHERE A TYPICAL LOAD OUT ON A TOUR, TAKES ABOUT 4 HOURS...

KISS ALSO LIP SYNCED SEVERAL SONGS ON THE FAREWELL TOUR, INCLUDING SHOUT IT OUT LOUD, ON THE FIRST LEG OF THE TOUR, IN LAS VEGAS AT MANDALAY BAY, GENE WAS SINGING HIS FIRST VERSE, PAUL TURNED AROUND AND WAS SHAKING HIS ASS TO SCREAMING GIRLS, AND WHEN HIS 2ND VERSE CAME, HE WAS NOT AT HIS MIC AND WAS FACING THE GIRLS, AND HIS VOCAL PART WAS PLAYING, PAUL THEN REALIZED WHAT HE HAD DONE AND TRIED TO PRETEND NOTHING HAPPENED...

FACT, KISS HAS LIP SYNCED SEVERAL SONGS "LIVE" FOR YEARS...

I WAS ON THE CREW FOR THIS SHOW, I WAS ASST STAGE MANAGER...

THIS WAS IBASH'S PIXELON, YES IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE NEW STATE OF THE ART, REAL STREAMING VIDEO, AND THE SERVERS DID CRASH...

AND YES EVERY SONG WAS LIP SYNCED... KISS LIP SYNCING HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SERVERS, KISS LIP SYNCS EVERY SHOW THAT IS BRAODCASTED, WHETHER IT BE INTERNET OR TV... ALSO THEY USED SCISSOR LIFTS FOR THE FINALE, AND SOMEONE FORGOT TO PLUG THEM IN TO CHARGE THEM, AND DID NOT GO UP...

Let me put this to rest. I was there in the very front of the stage, and have some incredible pics from that night. They ARE in fact lip synching. Standing right in front made it painfully obvious. HOWEVER, keep in mind this was a gig for the launch of a web company that flopped! This was SUPPOSED to be broadcast live that night, but the company's servers crashed or something. KISS were probably afraid of the technical difficulties that did end up happening ruining their live sound!
