Not technically. There are multiple definitions of the song, and the fact she "cast me off so discourteously" could symbolize Ms. Greensleeves was far from a prostitute. The more accepted idea was seeing as green as a delightful, spring color during that time period. Or a gown a very rich woman could afford.
