I am very disappointed with this device.

Many good functions but Its still a rubbish device. Be way. If I didn't spend almost 5oo quids on it I would throw it straightawy. Horrible features: SIGNAL is almost non existing, MSMing is nightmare, Touch scree too sensitivity, VOLUME control goes up and down with slight touch, no blue-tooth, slowness, etc.

I think manifactures did not try it before launchin it iton market. WILL NEVER buy HTC again.

This phone is one of THE worst phones I have ever used. I don't know if it was my HTC Touch or what, but it was terrible. Took its time to open up, and when a call came through, it took 3 taps of the answer call button on the bottom left hand corner of the phone. It was sluggish and a terrible phone all over. Never again will I go near a HTC phone with WM5.

I totally agree with you. Its horrible, imagine i still carry my old Nokia e51beacaue I couldn't/others transfer my contact to htc due to complicated process. I am very disappointed being paid over 500 pounds with all difficulties I faced. I will never ever buy HTC again. By the way I have previously use Jamip smart phone fron the same maker HTJ 5 years ago and i had many problems but I thought the company has developed itself with smarter devices!

I had this phone on contract for 6 months before finally throwing it away. The phone it self isn't too bad, but the killer is the side volume buttons still work, even when the phone is in 'locked' mode, hence it's in your pocket and you WILL constantly change the ring volume without knowing it - even with a cover on - missed so many phone calls....

this phone is too slow, battery time is rubbish, the gps drains the battery really qiuckly. Certain functions require the stylus as they are too small to press on with your finger. The phone is too delicate, has a smooth finish so its easy to slide out of your hand and drop on the ground. It takes almost a minute from power on for you to have control and use the phone. It has no physical buttons on the screen so playing games is difficult.

The phone is just so sloooow - dont waste your money.

HTC HD is a crap, its official. I have one and sorry that I paid so much. Service sucks, Replacement parts are expensive, no Microsoft updates, Bad W-ifi connection, too sensitive, so you have to extra-protect it for not colling by mistake, no Microsoft nor HTC wont help on it . Don't waste you money on this crap.

The only problem I have with this phone (I have it sinse january.. is that when I'm texting/msn or whatever.. and I write with words using T9 it sometimes takes a bit time to load. This is really annoying because it messes up the words, and it takes like 3 times longer to send a text (when using t9)
