The bigger point here: ALL retail sucks, and ALL retail stores treat their employees like shit with crap healthcare and low wages. And all (smart) retail stores fire underperforming employees... When you work retail, you have to sell your soul to the company, and if you didn't know that already, you've probably only had one retail job or less before...
