Wow..Ms. Inva Mula was born to sing Don Pascuale. What a " dolce voce" she has. She is one the best sopranos in this world. Magnifique. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video clip.
somewhat technically correct, but a steely/cold quality to her voice, about as dramatically effective as an ingenue in a Tide commercial...she's almost singing, note for note, Battle's interpretation, but without the warmth or girlish/minx quality of the American diva.... 3/3
gradually Inva Mula is affirmed as large lyric colorature that the music lovers waited... Its Juliette of Capuleti, her Gilda and more recently her Marguerite to Orange attest some. Bravo!

I liked her-her voice was a little heavier than we usually hear for this aria but I thought it was really beautiful. Her face was a little scary and the right arm was a little annoying, but she lived all the words and I enjoyed it
I have never heard of this soprano before. Nice warm sound. I guess she is from Eastern Europe or Scandinavia? Not a distictive voice and expression though. 3/3
She seems to be working too hard for this piece which I think should have the feel of being tossed off with a smile and a wink (and a trill!). Her technique isn't solid. 3/3
Inva's father was a big composor/compositeur.

I agree that she has a very pretty voice, but is not up to this piece technically. 3.5/3.5

i guess, if you saw a movie named "The 5th element", you surely had a pleasure to hear her *wink*
she was fascinating blue, by the way

She's has an unfocused, fluttery tone and pushed, unpleasant high notes. There isn't nearly enough fun or charm in her interpretation. 2.7/2.7

I've watched her in 3 arias.... trying to like her... here she makes too much of it. It's work for her, and it shouldn't look that way.

Indeed her coloratura is rough. That said she does have a lovely voice, and she indulges it properly for this aria. 5/4.5
