@Foxbodyfan50 ...many things determine a dollar value for Tsuba, condition..is it real and not a fake..age..who the maker was. But I just have a small collection...and their value to me is simply the joy they bring to my life.
@REB40 So, is there a way of identifying who the maker was, or how old it is? And you have a pretty nice collection I might add. I am getting more interested in this, as I am starting to study swordsmanship, and I just bought my first katana. A Japanese machined blade that is from the 1920s. But I want to learn how to tell the good from the bad stuff. Thanks for any advice you can give.
Are there ways of figuring out which ones are worth more than others?
