Yeah I have a similar glitch, my daughter was having her birthday from child to teen. When she was about to spin and be a teen she stopped and was stuck in between, she was the same size as a child but had the teen punk look (she terrible childhood forced to be a honour roll student) she had arms touching the floor and tiny legs.. and for the next few days I was stuck having her birthday

@randomshorty4 that used to happen to me! it has something to do with your custom content. for me, i downloaded these high heeled boots that stayed on the babies and deformed them. open your launcher and go to installed content and find the item thats doing that and delete it.
