There's a lot of traffic in that racing circuit.
Looks familiar. Probably the same people who made Racing Race Toyota or something like that. Looks the same, but all cars are from Toyota.

I think you can just turn off the sound, turn up the music, and pause the game.
probably too much work, but just a suggestion =)
